As a Scientist, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting cross-functional teams. **What's the Job?**
+ Optimize current solution manufacturing processes to improve quality, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
+ Oversee production of solutions, review documentation, and work with teams to streamline processes.
+ Review and update production documentation, collaborating with Quality and SMEs to align instructions with actions.
+ Apply process metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and characterize process enhancements.
+ Perform root-cause investigations on systems and components to resolve issues and enhance product quality and reliability.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
+ Strong knowledge of formulation science, chemical processes, and process engineering principles.
+ Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience within an ISO 13485 environment.
+ Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM).
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
+ Knowledge and experience in Analytical Chemistry is a plus
