We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing Events and Trade Show Coordinator to plan, execute, and oversee trade shows, meetings, and other events related to customers and prospects. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team, business development, Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of events are carried out seamlessly and successfully. This position will play an integral role in working cross-functionally to create memorable conference and event experiences, including VIP events to establish and deepen our relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal and external partners to drive timely decision-making, provide timely and appropriate communication with all stakeholders, and ensure flawless oversight of each event.About us:ITS / Lodging Solutions is the premier installer of temporary structures and mobile lodging for Refineries, Utilities, and Emergency Response throughout the United States. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide Safe, Fast, and Better turnkey solutions in the construction, petrochemical, and disaster response community.Responsibilities: •Execute trade show plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for up to 20+ trade shows and events annually•Work closely with the sales team and business development to understand requirements and ensure that their needs are met•Coordinate trade show logistics, including space rental, booth design, furnishings, registrations, invoice payments, and promotional products.•Pack trade show supplies and coordinate shipment to and from venues.•Maintain accurate records and files related to trade shows, including financial records, vendor contracts, and attendee information. •Support the communication of brand messages to improve awareness of the Company and its products •Assist in the development and implementation of creative approaches that promote awareness of company brands in the industry, including key target markets and focus account•Oversee attire, swag and collateral ordering and ongoing inventory, including assisting in outbound event campaign drop shipment logistics.•Assist onsite with all logistics as required, including booth set up and teardown, and assisting in lead collection. As a member of the Global Marketing Communications team, the Product Marketing Specialist supports the introduction and maintenance of product-focused marketing materials by collaborating with product managers, engineers and commercial and sales teams to ensure our products' features and benefits messages are clearly communicated to the target audiences. This role is the key liaison between product development and the marketing department in the development of a variety of sales support and marketing materials for new and existing products and services. **What You Will Do:**
+ Create educational and product marketing content across platforms, ensuring clear, consistent communication of product value and features to internal, external and dealer audiences.

At Houston Methodist, the Senior (Sr.) Marketing Specialist position is responsible for leading, managing and partnering with marketing management in driving preference and volume for assigned programs/service lines and maximizing impact of assigned sponsorships. Additionally, this position contributes to strategy and optimization of various marketing programs. This client-facing position manages relationships with administration, physician leaders, vendors and other stakeholders as assigned and implements, measures, and optimizes marketing/sponsorship plans in partnership with management. The Sr. Marketing Specialist position contributes to developing effective business cases with management, digital, web, market research and other cross functional teams to drive positive change in partnership with hospital operations.

+ Leads and maintains positive relationships with hospital leadership, clients, sponsored organizations, and vendors to educate on strategic marketing initiatives.
+ Leads multiple marketing initiatives and contributes to driving creative solutions with hospital leaders, physicians, and other stakeholders under guidance of manager.

+ Develops plans, campaigns, and event strategy under guidance of manager, identifying ways to measure performance and forms insights. Independently leads creative kickoffs. Develops and manages recurring performance reports.

+ Proactively reviews and updates web content, collateral, advertising templates to ensure effective messaging. Leads conversations as business expert with writers, designers and serves as strategic partner to lead execution of initiatives, advertising, internal communications, and community relations as assigned.

+ Develops strategy and evaluates success of programs, service lines, sponsorships, and events under guidance of manager. Contributes to development of key insights and initiatives annually.

+ Measures results and provides recommendations to optimize spending in partnership with digital teams and vendors.
