**About The Role:**
As our New Jersey-Based Marketing Manager, you will act as a leader of the business development marketing team at CBRE, building processes that support development of marketing strategies and deliverables to support our business in New Jersey, as well as several other local markets.

**What You'll Do:**
+ Work within a team to develop and deliver projects to support company growth and business development. Oversee projects from beginning to end including developing and sharing project ideas, soliciting feedback, and delivering quality results. Projects include presentations, proposals, capabilities summaries, reports, brochures, email marketing, etc.
+ Collaborate with brokers, officer leadership, marketing team members and other project participants to understand the assignment and audience, and make strategic recommendations on win strategies, messaging, and layouts for collateral.
+ Provide formal supervision to business development team employees, both local and remote. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
+ Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. Set department deadlines.
+ Serve advertising and promotion contact for a local area offices.
+ Oversee the implementation of the team's marketing campaigns. Approve and review creative, copy, and proposed timelines.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $115,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $125,000 annually. We are looking for a Marketing Manager - SEO who will be responsible for being an SEO subject matter expert leading the day to day work for the Home Entertainment (HE) - Integrated Marketing (IM) division, which supports TV, Audio and Memory business, reporting to the Director - Digital. Job Summary
The Resident Marketing Manager is responsible for assuring the marketing and merchandising standards and promotional planning is in place for the account portfolio. This includes assisting in managing the promotion of new food concepts, managing retail product and placement, driving seasonal innovations, and supporting the account in station presentations and displays. The Resident Marketing manager will work closely with the corporate marketing department to ensure revenue, FOH standards, customer satisfaction and FLIK marketing/merchandising goals are met.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Help support operators in their monthly marketing through site visitations and account reviews.
+ Analyze and report on progress achieved on defined communications strategies and objectives.
+ Develop quarterly marketing review and results slides for quarterly business reviews on account progress.
+ Manage impulse, retail and seasonal inventory and merchandising of the product for the account portfolio.
+ Issue quarterly reports that summarize the efforts of marketing and merchandising initiatives.
+ Work with operational services department to build effective strategies for the FLIK brand within the portfolio.
+ Work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager for on-going seasonal marketing promotions.
+ Copy edit marketing materials as needed for the portfolio
+ Perform additional marketing projects as tasked, related to business development and account openings and support for the portfolio and region.
+ Assist the marketing department in sales development strategies in the region.
Requirements
+ Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of Merchandising / Marketing experience
+ Must be familiar with Social Media Platforms
+ Exceptional oral and written communication skills
+ Must be proficient in Power Point, Excel and Microsoft Office
+ Outstanding analytical skills
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
