Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or agency setting, with a strong background in performance marketing, with a minimum of 1 year of client account management/ownership experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience with keyword research tools such as Google Keyword Planner and SEMRush.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in evaluating marketing metrics to make data-driven decisions.

You Have the Following Technical Skills and Qualifications:

This Role:

BioLite is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the next chapter of customer growth for BioLiteEnergy.com. You will be focused on profitably scaling existing acquisition channels while identifying new channels and audiences for targeted and measured experimentation. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analytics, requiring a firm grasp on data-driven decision-making and connecting the dots inside of a full-funnel marketing ecosystem.

You will have the potential to lead meaningful impact for BioLite and unlock a new level of investment and resource for the direct business as we hit a new period of scale.



Core Responsibilities:


Paid Search & Social | Strategy & Execution (30%)

  • Full ownership of BioLite Meta, Google, Bing accounts
  • Achieve monthly revenue target goals, maintain ROAS floor, and manage media budget
  • Design and implement campaign buildout with regular reporting on performance and optimization
  • Collaborate with marketing team to secure steady library of visual and verbal content
  • Partner with department leadership on the development of integrated paid media campaigns and ensure paid media components align with seasonal brand campaigns and comms calendar
  • Have full understanding of paid media platform best practices, content performance, and analytics-backed insights

Full Funnel Analytics & Business Intelligence (40%)

  • Own Digital Marketing Dashboard; centralized data visualization that enables key stakeholders to access real-time KPIs, reducing daily reporting burden on team
  • Build high-impact analytic projects that reveal priority opportunities for growth investment: CLTV Analysis, Attribution Modeling, Customer Journey analysis, etc
  • Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator and E-Commerce Operations Manager on email and retention strategies for holistic reporting on full-funnel toolkit
  • Bring data insights to Executive Team that deepens understanding of the business and informs recommended action. Collaborate with E-Commerce Operations Manager on sell-through reporting to deliver insights back to Director of Marketing for improved monthly unit forecast and channel performance forecast
  • Weekly performance reporting; monthly margin and profitability reporting; quarterly State of The Union on Growth with opportunities to unlock additional resource and budget based on performance data.

New Growth Initiatives (30%)

  • Identify new initiatives and channels for profitable scale including: new social platforms, SEO, Influencer Management, CTV, Direct Mail, Programmatic, etc.
  • Collaborate with Director of Marketing on bi-annual State of Customer Study
  • Build Growth Roadmap that strategically sequences potential opportunities based on key criteria around effort/impact, risk, organizational readiness, and supporting data.
  • Keep an eye on industry trends, challenges, and tools and how they might impact business


This Role at BioLite

  • You sit on the Marketing Team and work with the VP, Director of Design, Marketing Coordinator, and E-commerce Operations Manager
  • You are comfortable extracting and analyzing data from multiple platforms and resolving any discrepancies or errors
  • You can manage projects and proactively engage stakeholders, and flag roadblocks in projects
  • You are ready to push the envelope on ideas and experimentation but root your recommendations in analytics and brand fit
  • You are comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and comfortable using full-funnel strategies; you can tell a compelling data story on how all the pieces come together
  • You enjoy working as an individual contributor but are ready to expand to agency and potential headcount management as the growth practice scales


You Have:

  • At least 5 years in digital growth/acquisition at either agency or in-house team
  • Direct in-platform experience building, launching, monitoring campaigns on Meta & Google
  • Experience scaling budgets from low six figures to millions in annual spend
  • Ability to right-size project scopes to budgets and timelines (ie your asks match the potentials for impact with appropriate analysis to back up hypotheses)
  • Experience with Test-Learn-Reporting frameworks - proactively report back on key initiatives
  • Experience at a growth-stage organization
  • Well-versed in data analysis and structural best practices. You have experience with GA4, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Experience delivering business intelligence analysis including weekly reporting as well as discrete one-off projects. You understand the difference between presenting raw data and analyzing with conclusions.
