Role Overview :

As an Events Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in devising and executing marketing strategies specifically for SSON's events. This role demands a creative, results-driven individual with a keen understanding of event dynamics and audience engagement across all marketing and sales channels. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance event visibility, drive attendee registration, and ensure seamless integration of event marketing with the overall marketing strategy of SSON.


Key Responsibilities :

  1. Event Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for events, including pre-event promotions, on-site marketing, and post-event follow-ups.
  2. Collaboration with Sales and Operations Teams : Work closely with sales and operations to ensure alignment of event objectives and maximize attendee engagement and satisfaction.
  3. Digital Marketing Integration : Leverage digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and web content, to enhance event visibility and reach.
  4. Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adapting strategies based on data-driven insights.
  5. Public Relations and Media Partnerships : Manage press releases and cultivate relationships with media and partners to increase event exposure.
  6. Content Creation : Oversee the development of promotional materials with an understanding of the program USP, developing marketing language to be used throughout the campaign, including digital content (web, email, social, …), brochures, and sales materials to support event marketing.

Qualifications :

  • 4-6+ years of experience in marketing, with a significant focus on event marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing channel strategy: website (CRO), marketing automation, SEO, PPC, etc.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

This role will report into Famehouse, but will be deeply embedded into Republic’s operations and based out of the label’s New York office. Working in a cross-functional team of D2C experts, you’ll lead campaign & program management across eCommerce campaigns, ensuring all US & global teams are appropriately integrated & executing to plan.

This role will provide best-in-class service for Republic and their artists, with the primary responsibility of project managing the end-to-end eCommerce process including store planning, product launches, and coordination with internal departments and stakeholders. Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication & collaboration skills.

How you’ll CREATE:

  • Lead campaign & program management across eCommerce campaigns, ensuring all US & global teams are appropriately integrated & executing to plan.
    • Liaise between Republic Records, Famehouse and partner teams to execute tasks across Republic’s D2C stores. Examples include but are not limited to funneling all store execution, production, marketing and creative requests.
    • Project Manage follow-throughs and logistics for any approved and active campaigns
    • Ensure calendar & campaign plans are updated daily / as plan details change across core planning tools (planning board, product setup sheets, etc.)
    • Support the Account/Label leads to secure all necessary information—including product setup information, pricing, descriptions, context to the drop, and CRM/data acquisition requirements—as early as possible.
    • Coordinate global D2C launches, liaising between US & International teams
    • Report on D2C Launch Alerts, D2C Sales Recaps, and marketing data to all relevant parties (label, manager etc) around high-profile program activity.
    • Proactively identify ways to add value to client relationships and work with internal teams to execute against them (e.g.marketing campaign proposals, insights reporting, etc.).
  • Ensure the cross-functional team operates efficiently in tight unison, so we deliver the highest service level to the label and their artists.
    • Foster a positive, collaborative, and trusting environment of mutual respect and support across internal FH partners supporting Republic’s business
    • Ensure all central stakeholders have clear direction & details needed in order to deliver on their role responsibilities for each store / campaign

  • Collaborate with Marketing Coordinator and E-Commerce Operations Manager on email and retention strategies for holistic reporting on full-funnel toolkit
  • Bring data insights to Executive Team that deepens understanding of the business and informs recommended action. Collaborate with E-Commerce Operations Manager on sell-through reporting to deliver insights back to Director of Marketing for improved monthly unit forecast and channel performance forecast
  • Weekly performance reporting; monthly margin and profitability reporting; quarterly State of The Union on Growth with opportunities to unlock additional resource and budget based on performance data.

New Growth Initiatives (30%)

  • Identify new initiatives and channels for profitable scale including: new social platforms, SEO, Influencer Management, CTV, Direct Mail, Programmatic, etc.
  • Collaborate with Director of Marketing on bi-annual State of Customer Study
  • Build Growth Roadmap that strategically sequences potential opportunities based on key criteria around effort/impact, risk, organizational readiness, and supporting data.
  • Keep an eye on industry trends, challenges, and tools and how they might impact business


This Role at BioLite

  • You sit on the Marketing Team and work with the VP, Director of Design, Marketing Coordinator, and E-commerce Operations Manager
  • You are comfortable extracting and analyzing data from multiple platforms and resolving any discrepancies or errors
  • You can manage projects and proactively engage stakeholders, and flag roadblocks in projects
  • You are ready to push the envelope on ideas and experimentation but root your recommendations in analytics and brand fit
  • You are comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and comfortable using full-funnel strategies; you can tell a compelling data story on how all the pieces come together
  • You enjoy working as an individual contributor but are ready to expand to agency and potential headcount management as the growth practice scales


You Have:

  • At least 5 years in digital growth/acquisition at either agency or in-house team
  • Direct in-platform experience building, launching, monitoring campaigns on Meta & Google
  • Experience scaling budgets from low six figures to millions in annual spend
  • Ability to right-size project scopes to budgets and timelines (ie your asks match the potentials for impact with appropriate analysis to back up hypotheses)
  • Experience with Test-Learn-Reporting frameworks - proactively report back on key initiatives
  • Experience at a growth-stage organization
  • Well-versed in data analysis and structural best practices. You have experience with GA4, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Experience delivering business intelligence analysis including weekly reporting as well as discrete one-off projects. You understand the difference between presenting raw data and analyzing with conclusions.
  • Understanding of profitable acquisition required

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager for our rapidly expanding exterior home remodeling company. As a pivotal member of management, reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will be at the forefront of strategic decision-making, playing a key role in shaping the direction of our field marketing initiatives and lead generation activities. You will be a motivational leader who brings others up with you through creative and effective team building. Field Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

Execute strategic field marketing initiatives including daily door-to-door canvassing, trade shows, home shows, fairs, festivals, and other community-driven events with the goal of generating valuable leads.

Share your knowledge by training new associates to generate leads and execute successful field marketing events.

Mentor and guide a team of field marketing associates, overseeing their growth, performance, and the successful execution of marketing programs.

Create location and route assignments for Field Marketing Representatives, ensuring each team member's strengths shine.

Take charge in tracking leads, assessing their quality and quantity for continuous learning.

Engage in regular KPI reviews with Field Marketing Representatives, offering constructive guidance and celebrating collective successes.

Foster meaningful relationships with key organizations, ensuring our participation in local events aligns seamlessly with our target homeowner demographics.

Work hand-in-hand with the VP of Sales and Marketing to align our field marketing strategy with overall sales goals.

Requirements

Only candidates that meet all qualifications will be considered for this role:

 3+ years of field marketing experience or a related role, demonstrating your commitment to mentorship.

Experience within door-to-door, in-home sales, or canvassing, preferably in a home construction and/or solar environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools and/or performance measurement methodology to track leads and sales.

Proven expertise in lead generation and the ability to qualify leads.

Strong management abilities and attention to detail—with a focus on fostering team growth.

Excellent communication skills, emphasizing relationship building and team collaboration.

Proven experience in motivating and developing field marketing teams, emphasizing mentorship and team development.

Field Marketing Manager Preferred Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
