We are seeking a dynamic and creative leader to join our team as the Viral Marketing Lead. This role will focus on managing and expanding our niche in faceless content creation and deployment for marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will oversee our faceless social media team, collaborate with meme and theme accounts on Instagram and TikTok, and lead successful marketing campaigns by leveraging innovative content strategies. Key Responsibilities: Account Management & Collaboration Communicate and build relationships with faceless meme and theme accounts on Instagram and TikTok. Identify and onboard new accounts to expand our creative database. Creative Strategy & Execution Write engaging and innovative copy for social media posts to enhance campaign performance. Edit faceless content for mass clipping and distribution, ensuring high-quality output. Utilize techniques to extract short-form viral clips from long-form content and distribute them across theme and niche clipping-specific pages. Leadership & Team Oversight Lead and mentor the faceless social media team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. Organize and monitor the team of clippers through Discord, ensuring efficient workflow and communication. Develop and implement strategies to drive successful marketing campaigns. Market Research & Innovation Stay updated on trends in faceless content and viral marketing to maintain a competitive edge. Experiment with new formats and techniques to optimize engagement and performance. Qualifications: Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing with a focus on social media and faceless content creation. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring creative teams. Creativity: Strong ability to write compelling social media copy and develop innovative content strategies. Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software and social media analytics tools. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with meme and theme account operations and viral content trends on Instagram and TikTok. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with external partners and internal teams. Preferred Qualifications: Background in marketing campaigns for entertainment, sports, or events. Experience working with large-scale faceless content campaigns.
