Salary Range
$58,656 to $80,000 Annually

**Overview**
THE ROLE:
Herbalife is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager - Social who is a sharp, strategic and analytical thinker and storyteller and who thrives at the intersection of digital innovation and audience engagement. In this role, you'll help implement the strategy behind our social media and digital communications efforts to elevate brand visibility, deepen community connections, and drive meaningful engagement.
As part of the Digital Marketing team, the ideal candidate is an experienced strategic digital marketer with a deep understanding of the social media landscape and a passion for using data to inform decisions; someone who can design and implement scalable social media strategies that align with business goals, enhance brand reputation, and drive measurable engagement.
While creative sensibilities are welcomed, the focus of this position is planning, execution, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration across departments to ensure our digital presence aligns with broader business goals.
HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:
- Implement social media strategies that grow audiences, increase engagement, and amplify Herbalife's global brand and reputation.
- Develop strategic digital campaign plans aligned with company priorities and communication objectives.
- Analyze performance across digital platforms and translate insights into optimization recommendations and data-informed strategies.
- Ensure alignment between digital communications and global corporate messaging by partnering with brand, marketing, and regional teams. Work closely with consumer affairs, customer experience, product marketing, and regions to stay in the loop on new products and company initiatives-and share insights on recurring questions, trends, and topics coming from our online audiences.
- Coordinate content calendars and publishing timelines for multiple social platforms.
- Identify and leverage cultural moments, UGC, influencer engagement, and trending topics to keep our content relevant and responsive.
- Regularly report on performance metrics, community sentiment, and emerging trends to partners and leadership.
- Support SEO best practices across digital content and campaigns.
- Creative skills like design, video editing, or photography are a plus, but not required.

You'll be part of a nimble, hands-on Digital Marketing team that works cross-functionally to elevate Herbalife's brand, grow our digital presence, and strengthen our reputation. **Qualifications**
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- 7+ years of experience in brand management, digital marketing, and/or consumer strategy-particularly in managing content marketing and/or growing social media platforms at scale.
- Demonstrated success developing and implementing digital strategies that deliver measurable business results.
- Deep passion for and understanding of social media platform equity, functionality, and analytics/reporting.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies for digital growth.
- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Strategic thinker with proven ability to set priorities, manage multiple workstreams, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment-especially under pressure, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable presenting to senior leadership.

- Bachelor's degree required
