Qualifications:

Required:

Ability to develop content and messaging for various audiences (technical, decision-maker, executive, analyst, etc.)

Excellent communicator, both verbally and written

Energetic, enthusiastic, with a highly flexible attitude

Ability to speak tech with engineering teams and translate technical detail into business value

Highly organized individual, able to multitask and manage demanding projects and deadlines

Ability to create new, innovative ways to reach and retain customers.

5+ years experience in enterprise software product marketing or similar, preferably in the continuous testing space

Your Opportunity:

The Product Marketing Manager, Professional Turf drives product strategy and market positioning for seated zero-turn and wide-area walk-behind mowers within the L&C business, elevating brand impact and customer engagement across Exmark, Spartan, and Toro brands. Development of new landscape contractor equipment and improved products to meet customer requirements. Leads the product prioritization and product project write-up process including return on investment financial analysis. Assists in overall business P&L management to ensure growth objectives are accomplished and operational improvement goals are achieved

What Will You Do?

To grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop annual and long range, multi-generational technology roadmap for professional seated zero turn and wide area walk behind mowers

  • Obtain approval for long-range vision, goals and strategies for Product Management

  • Develop business modeling of different customer types for the use of professional seated zero turn and wide area walk behind mowers

  • Execute Voice of the Customer research in support of product development activities to translate present and future customer needs to define capabilities and long term competitive advantages own requirements, specifications, and release plans

  • Recommend and develop innovative new/improved products in conjunction with Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales and other key departments, to serve all end users

  • Establish and maintain an effective method to determine customer satisfaction on new/current products and ensure timely corrective actions/changes are made where appropriate

  • Monitor market share, inventory levels, profitability of product lines, and pricing strategy

  • Collaborate across teams create alignment between related products, engineering teams and other stakeholders

  • Monitor quality levels of products, and put in place methods to improve quality and reduce warranty

  • Develop and execute competitive benchmarking activities in order to ensure leadership in products and programs

  • Support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to drive organizational excellence with phase in and phase out of product lifecycle

  • Investigate, assess, and recommend new business and cost reduction/avoidance opportunities for the Division

  • Build and maintain a high degree of understanding and cooperation between the departments, supporting functions, and customers served

  • Represent the Division/Company at trade/civic functions as appropriate

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

  • Bachelors degree is required, preferably in the field of marketing.

  • 3-5 years experience, in the outdoor power equipment industry preferred

  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items that are 50 lbs.

  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated superior interpersonal, supervisory, and leadership abilities for product/team management.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, exhibit initiative and be a team player fully supportive of division and company objectives and culture.

  • Prior demonstrated success with building strong cross-functional working relationships with Engineering, Sales and Customer Care departments.

  • Strong customer orientation, including experience with Voice of Customer.

  • Passion for providing market-leading products on time and within project scope

Preferred:
  • An MBA is preferred.

  • 6+ years experience in the outdoor power equipment industry preferred.

  • Prior experience with the RLC (Residential, Landscape & Contractor) dealer channel preferred.

Internship Program Overview

The Polaris Marketing Internship (MIP) is a tailored 12-week paid summer internship designed for emerging sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are interested in pursuing a career in a leading global powersports industry.

The Selection Process:

Applications are open from August -November each year. Applications will be reviewed and shortlisted candidates will typically be contacted for an initial phone screen by the end of November. Candidates selected to move forward will be invited to participate in a virtual panel interview with an identified HR business partner and functional leader. Successful candidates would move forward to an offer. You will partner with the Early Talent team in January to complete a survey that provides a deeper look at your specific interests, strengths & career goals. All specific internship assignments are communicated in February , after aligning based on your specific interests and business demand.

Intern Relocation Assistance:

Polaris offers a relocation program for interns who qualify through Weichert Workforce Mobility. To qualify for these services your home address must be 35 miles or more from the office where you will be working. Benefits include a lump sum (grossed up to offset tax liability), access to a relocation counselor to explain the resources available to you and aid securing short-term housing available to you. Your responsibilities will include daily transportation to and from the office.

Required Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a bachelor's/ master's degree in Marketing, Strategic Communications, or other related business degree with an emphasis in Marketing with an intended graduation date between August 2026-May 2028.

  • Must be able to commit to a full 12-week internship, working 40 hours per week, within one of the following date ranges:

  • Previous Internship/Co-op experience or involvement in relevant projects.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $20.50 to $28.00 per hour, plus eligibility for overtime. Position Summary

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the execution of digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Physical Work Requirements

The starting pay range for this position is $59,115 - 66,250 per year. The position's pay range represents the national average pay for similar roles. R3 considers factors such as (but not limited to) experience, internal pay equity and other business considerations when extending an offer.

The Opportunity

The Product Manager is a driver of the success for the Cardiac Surgery (CS) and Tendyne TMVR product lines in the Structural Heart business unit. This position will work closely with the sales team and be responsible for aspects of US strategy implementation plus Forecasting, Financial and Marketing Plan Development, Sales Materials and Training, Pricing, and Materials Management.

What You'll Work On

Maintain US product expertise including market sizes and trend share, customer needs and targeting, product performance, benefits/weaknesses, and positioning.

Provide on-going field support and will focus on growing the market awareness for Cardiac Surgery and Tendyne TMVR and related disease states.

Success will be measured against sales and margin expectations, sales force competency/knowledge level and development of marketing programs which enhance field and customer experience.

Maintain worldwide market expertise, including in-depth knowledge of US competitor products and strategies, market trends and dynamics, market/franchise critical success factors, and customer needs.

Support the planning and execution of all national and regional conferences. Ensure strong presence in booth, at the podium, and at educational events.

Engage with physician speakers involved in education events and ensure quick and comprehensive processing of invoices.

Lead the creation, dissemination, and management of marketing resources and collateral. Oversee the new Sales Enablement Platform and ensure it's being effectively utilized.

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and market expansions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing) to align launch plans with business objectives.

Ensure timely execution of launch milestones and post-launch performance tracking.

Gather and synthesize customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform product positioning and messaging.

Partner with KOLs and field teams to validate value propositions and refine commercial strategies.

Develop and deliver impactful sales tools, training programs, and messaging frameworks to support field adoption and customer engagement.

Act as the commercial voice in cross-functional core teams, ensuring alignment between clinical, regulatory, and commercial objectives.

Manage creative agencies to plan, develop, and execute new US materials.

Will have marketing and budget responsibility for designated products.

Drive to deliver Sales, Margin, and key performance metrics for CS and Tendyne TMVR products.

Will be expected to be responsive and able to directly address questions and requests of senior management.

Required Qualifications

Prior marketing experience within medical device or healthcare industry.

Bachelors' Degree with 4+ years related marketing or product management experience or MBA with 1+ years of related experience also considered.

Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.

Substantial financial skills, market analysis and advanced communication skills.

Knowledge/ability to develop and execute a new product launch.

Strong analytical skills as well as written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within the Structural Heart or Cardiovascular space.

Able to understand technical and scientific information.

Willing to understand and comply with Regulatory requirements.

Able to influence and motivate individuals from sales, marketing, and other functional areas to drive product sales.
