Job Description

The candidate for this position is required to perform daily warehouse functions. The candidate must be able to receive, count, & store inventory items. They must possess the ability to record data using a computer. The candidate would deliver products, supplies, and equipment to designated areas, along with verifying computations against physical count of stock. The candidate would pack, unpack, and mark stock items, using identification tag, stamp, electronic marking tool, or other labeling equipment. The candidate would be responsible for examining and inspecting stock items for wear and defects. He/she will work closely with manager to ensure proper workflow, product storage, and inventory counts. They would maintain company equipment in working order and promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Candidate must be able to:

  • To enter and record inventory counts in the computerized system.
  • Identify incorrect items and notify their supervisor.
  • Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects.
  • Verify computations against physical count of stock.
  • Keep correct inventory counts on product within candidate's work area.
  • Responsible for keeping area clean and well stocked.
  • Pack, unpack and mark items for inventory.
  • Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required.

  • Good understanding and basic knowledge of a warehouse environment.
