Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant Mechanical Engineering Design experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
+ Proficient in creating and guiding the development of aerospace structure designs including structure assemblies, component installations, and bracket designs that conform to requirements documents and assist in requirements verification of those designs.
+ Experienced with basic material selection, sheet metal design practices, basic machining practices and aerospace hardware selection.
+ Proficient with ASME Y14.5-1994 and generating detailed documentation of parts, assemblies and installations.
+ Experienced with Part List preparation.

+ Detail-oriented and able to perform Peer Reviews of fellow engineers' designs and drawings.
