Job Description: Perform and supervise medical laboratory tests across various disciplines in laboratory medicine. Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting of test results. Oversee daily laboratory operations, including workflow management, troubleshooting, and staff guidance. Maintain and enforce compliance with quality control, safety, and regulatory standards. Ensure optimal functioning, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support clinical decision-making. Contribute to the training and development of junior laboratory staff. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage. Relevant professional certifications and licenses required for medical laboratory practice in Singapore. Proven experience in Laboratory Medicine and Pathology.
