- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
- Active Veterinary License in the state(s) of all assigned hospitals.
- 3-5 years of experience in veterinary practice.
- DEA license registration (as needed to cover vacancies).
- Ability to travel occasionally (company-paid).
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including empathy, self-confidence, and a collaborative spirit.
Time Allocation & Travel
This role is designed to be primarily clinical , with a target allocation of 75-100% of your time dedicated to direct patient care and clinical activities. Administrative tasks, such as interviewing new veterinarians, mentoring new graduates, compliance checks, and budget discussions, will comprise the remaining 0-25%. Regional travel is a requirement of this position, allowing you to effectively support the hospitals within your assigned area.

Insight Global is seeking three dedicated individuals to join our 911 service ambulance provider client's team as a Medical Supervisory Officers for Grant County, Okanogan County, and Wenatchee County operations. This position would be responsible for directing and overseeing all operational activities on a day-to-day basis as well as long-term strategic planning and growth for both counties and two stations. They are looking for a candidate who leads by example and delivers a commitment to excellence in all aspects of our operations for employees, customers and our community.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Must provide quality customer service.
2. Plan, organize, direct and coordinate comprehensive EMS programs with local medical authorities, fire and law enforcement agencies
3. Supervise and direct EMS personnel on a daily basis.
4. Prepares special reports, studies, annual budgets and short and long range plans.
5. Performs daily reviews of demographic information from patient care reports to ensure compliance protocols and response times.
6. Review employees PCR.
7. Oversees scheduling of all shift personnel. 8. Ability to perform duties and responsibilities within the EMT-Basic & EMT-Paramedic job descriptions.
9. Manage day to day operations of locations to ensure smooth operations.
10. Be a resource and respond to requests from staff members in addition to showing engagement with upper management and the ownership group.
11. Remain open to change with a willingness to adapt to new work methods and help to refine and develop work methods, policies and procedures.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-3+ years of EMT or Paramedic experience
-1+ year experience in administrative or supervisory work
-Active Washington State EMT-Paramedic certification
-Current on OTEP/Continuing education
-Current AHA BLS Instructor
-Current on ACLS/PALS.
-Maintain current Washington State drivers license.
-Current Hep B vaccination. ICS: 100, 200, 300, 400, 700 and 800.
