Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday schedule | Clinic hours 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (last patient at 4:15 PM)
- Provide leadership and clinical oversight to a team of Primary Care Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
- Maintain a small patient panel of 60–90 patients to ensure quality over volume
- Deliver compassionate, comprehensive care to senior patients with complex chronic conditions
- Participate in structured leadership development programs covering operations, financial performance, and medical management
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize patient outcomes and clinic performance
- Ensure compliance with value-based care standards and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in primary care (geriatrics preferred)
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with electronic health records
- Must be able to travel locally and regionally as needed
