Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

Pay: $80-$111 per hour. Pay rates are based on the provider license type, session location, and session types.

Anticipated starting salary: $84,000 annually

Under the supervision of the Program Manager with clinical oversight provided by the FWB Director or designee, the Mental Health Therapist provides direct outpatient consultation and therapy to adults/children/families on their caseload. The MHT provides short-term, individual/couples/family therapy and clinical consultation CCRC staff. The MHT maintains current short-form assessments and documentation of services provided in appropriate databases. The MHT operates within the current best practices of the Mental Health field and adhere to Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) or Board of Psychology (BOP) legal/ethical standards, State regulations, and Agency policy.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Within a team environment, this position will perform the following responsibilities:

• Provide Services to enrolled recipients (60%)

Minimum Required

Education : Master's or Doctoral Degree in psychology, social work, or related and currently licensed in the State of California through the BBS or BOP;

Experience :

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing therapy to adults, couples, families and children in a clinic-based or private practice setting.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience, working with children birth to five and their families in any capacity (teaching, mental health, school, center, day care, etc.).
• Knowledge of trauma informed care, ACEs/PEARLs, mental health and developmental issues with children 0-5 years.

Professional/Technical Certifications:

• Must have current license in the State of CA (LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist) - and registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) or the Board of Psychology (BOP))); must maintain current CA BBS/BOP licensure in good standing for the duration of employment.
• Maintain First Aid & CPR certification.

Travel :

• Some travel/business related driving required; Staff may choose any mode of transportation (driving, walking, bicycling, carpooling, etc) to arrive to and depart from the location where attendance is required. Should a staff member choose to drive, the staff member must become an approved driver with CCRC prior to driving on behalf of CCRC. Approved drivers driving on behalf of CCRC may choose to drive a CCRC vehicle or own vehicle and must meet requirements to be an approved driver including holding and maintaining current auto insurance, current California Driver's License and receiving DMV clearance

What You Will Do to Change Lives

The LVN/LPT Supervisor II implements and supervises assigned position(s) within the nursing department on their designated shift. Under general supervision, provides program planning development, review, and assessment of clinical and administrative activities; uses critical thinking and independent judgement to direct, coordinate, and supervise an assigned multidisciplinary team; assigns direct report employees to work with clients according to client needs and the skills and strengths of individual team members. Provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications), as prescribed by the physician.

Expected starting wage range is $33.53 - $41.39. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. QUALIFICATIONS Required:

* Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program and current licensure.

* Current CPR/BLS certificate.

* Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment

* If employed at inpatient program, must assist with restraint of members served in the event of assaultive behavior and pass assault crisis/crisis prevention training.

The Wellspring Center is a 16-bed crisis residential treatment (CRT) program in San Bernardino County, located in the city of Fontana, serving adults and older adults. Wellspring Center aims to stabilize individuals in acute crises in order to eliminate or shorten the need for inpatient hospitalization. Wellspring Center will provide intensive and structured psychosocial recovery services 24/7 in a non-institutional, welcoming, safe, and respectful environment.
