You will manage product catalog updates, optimize product descriptions and imagery, and implement effective categorization and filtering systems to improve site navigation and product discovery. You will also monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for competitive advantage. A/B testing of different merchandising approaches to drive conversion rates will be a core function of this role. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, online merchandising techniques, and customer-centric design principles. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is required. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a creative eye for product presentation, are essential. Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary for effective teamwork in a remote setting. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, or a related field, along with at least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising or online retail, is necessary.
