As a Premium Intel & Merchandising Specialist, you'll play a dual role, collecting in-store data for top brands and executing hands-on merchandising tasks that bring products to life. + Use a mobile app to scan products in key retail areas like endcaps, dump bins, coolers, freezers, cut cases, and floor stacks.
+ Photograph entire product categories (including non-P&G items) across one or more aisles using in-app picture guides.
+ Capture high-quality in-store data using a mobile device- photograph displays, scan products, and complete picture guides.
+ Stock and organize products from the backroom to the sales floor.
+ Set up and maintain displays and promotional signage.
+ Reset product sections and support store remodels.
+ Front-face products and ensure shelves look their best.
+ Use your smartphone to report tasks and upload photos of completed work.

Job Overview:
Winston Retail is looking for a Watch and Jewelry Merchandiser to bring our client's modern design vision to life in store. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating visually engaging displays that highlight timepieces and jewelry, while ensuring the space remains well-stocked, organized, and aligned with brand standards. This hands-on position blends attention to detail with operational precision to deliver a premium shopping experience that reflects our client's legacy of innovation and style.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with store teams and management to uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure clear communication around merchandising needs
- Implement visual merchandising that reflects a clean, modern aesthetic and aligns with brand standards
- Style product presentations to highlight craftsmanship and elevate the in-store experience
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure key items are displayed on the sales floor
- Support new product launches with compelling, on-brand visual storytelling
- Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability
- Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device
- Smartphones are required for reporting:
- IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer
- Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest - Ability to lift to 25 pounds and stand on feet the entire shift
Experience & Skills:
- Strong eye for detail and aesthetics, with a passion for design presentation
- Familiarity with luxury retail standards and customer expectations

- Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to evolving brand direction
