In this high-impact, client-facing role, you'll work directly with logistics professionals to deliver tailored cargo insurance solutions that mitigate risk and protect their supply chains. You will:
+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities using CRM insights and premium analysis
+ Qualify leads, negotiate agreements, and deliver customized insurance solutions for cargo, storage, and exhibition risks
+ Conduct site visits, host training sessions, and collaborate with branch managers to strengthen client relationships
+ Monitor sales pipelines, analyze trends, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates
+ Participate in regional sales meetings and strategy sessions with Nacora leadership to shape growth initiatives
**What we would like you to bring**
+ 2+ years of experience in insurance brokerage or freight forwarding sales
+ Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred
+ Strong understanding of insurance sales, policy issuance, renewals, and premium billing
+ Proven field sales expertise with the ability to build relationships and close deals in person
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
+ A consultative sales mindset and a passion for helping clients manage risk effectively
