Job Summary
The Events Manager is responsible for the successful execution of campus events. This position supervises the sales and event order communications, scheduling and training of service staff, planning, delivery, set up, clean up, and proper invoicing for all daily events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative curricula for higher education programs.
- Oversee the work of instructional designers and content specialists, providing guidance and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with faculty, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to define learning outcomes and program goals.
- Conduct needs assessments and environmental scans to identify curriculum gaps and opportunities.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for curriculum development initiatives.
- Ensure all curriculum materials adhere to accreditation standards and institutional policies.
- Research and integrate emerging educational technologies and pedagogical approaches.
- Evaluate curriculum effectiveness through data analysis, student feedback, and assessment results.
- Facilitate faculty development workshops on curriculum design and effective teaching strategies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and their implications for academic programs.
- Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Instructional Design, or a related field. Doctorate preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in higher education settings.
- Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and assessment strategies.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and educational technology tools.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading and motivating teams.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
