Serco is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Principal Military Trainer-HICOM Facilitator Movement and Maneuver/Command and Control (M2/C2) Warfighting Function (WfF) to join our team at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. In this role, you will support the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP), which trains Army Corps, Divisions, and Brigades in Army Mission Command Systems and the Operations Process. This is accomplished through integrated simulations that replicate complex operating environments and enable realistic Large Scale Combat Operations training.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Conduct mission analysis of higher headquarters guidance (CSA, FORSCOM, CAC)
+ Enable scenario development, planning, and orders development to stimulate specific exercise training needs and unit training objectives
+ Ensure scenario understanding, battle rhythm events, and critical linkages.
+ Integrate training audience objectives into a coherent scenario.
+ Review training audience plans and orders
+ Coordinate and synchronize warfighting functions in all plans and orders.
+ Develop plans, orders, branches, and sequels
+ Write Higher Command (HICOM) orders at the Corps and Land Component level for each respective Warfighter Exercise
+ During the Exercise Life Cycle (ELC), collaborate with Exercise Control (EXCON) to plan, prepare, and serve as a conduit between Scenario Design/MCTP and the HICOM
+ Integrate with the HICOM across warfighting functions during execution and directly engage with staff officers to operationally steer the exercise
+ Enable HICOM understanding and execution to meet desired training conditions
+ Coordinate with CUOPS and Operations Groups to ensure appropriate HICOM stimulus for training audiences
**Qualifications**
**To be successful in this role, you will have:**
+ Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience
+ Graduate of U.S. Army Command and General Staff College or equivalent (MEL4)
+ Prior U.S. Military service as a Field Grade Officer (COL, LTC, MAJ)
+ Familiarity with current Army and Joint doctrine
+ Experience writing operational orders at the Division and above level
+ Integrated all warfighting functions into planning
+ Prepared scenario-based training
+ Coordinated with stakeholders outside your assigned team
+ Developed appropriate training for exercise support staff regarding designed scenarios
+ Incorporated planning best practices into operational and/or training events

**About The Role**
In these vital roles, you will support the function of the client's Fulfillment Center (FC) operation, as a member of the Reliability Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team. As part of the RME team you will repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality of materials handling equipment and robotic systems throughout the facility. Collaborating with the Operations team and other business partners, you will work behind the scenes to ensure optimal productivity for the site using industrial troubleshooting techniques, Predictive Maintenance (PdM) tools, and your maintenance knowledge to supervise and resolve equipment issues before they arise.
**What You'll do**
+ Repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility.
+ Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
+ Install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, etc.
+ Lead and mentor work plan for emergency repair of critical assets and training plans for Maintenance Technicians.
+ Build and close out work orders in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
+ Cultivate positive working relationships with RME business partners and Operations Maintenance team members.

* Current Contract Opportunities. Within assigned industries and/or from assigned federal buying offices, and with the assistance of the Future Opportunities and Advanced Technologies Team, and/or NCMBC headquarters: 1) identifying future contract opportunities, 2) using client management software, agency and industry partners, and other internet resources to identify NC companies capable of competing, 3) working (sourcing) lucrative opportunities as outlined above via Salesforce; 4) providing lists of all identified future opportunities to the NCMBC Headquarters for publication on ncmbc.us and distribution through MatchForce; and 5) recommending and assisting in coordinating information briefings, teaming sessions, or other activities to help preposition NC companies to compete.
* Teaming. When requested by prime contractors, or when tasked by the NCMBC headquarters, assisting in developing teaming relationships between NC subcontractors and federal prime contractors, both within and outside North Carolina. Activities will range from providing (to primes) short lists of potential subcontractors and/or suppliers, hosting small group teaming meetings or assisting with planning, coordinating and/or executing statewide networking events.
* Contracting Office Relationships. Establishing and maintaining liaison with contracting officials and small business specialists in assigned federal contracting offices. The goal of such liaison is to build relationships, to acquire acquisition forecasts, to elicit data on existing service contracts and contract awards and to promote utilization of NC businesses for future contracts.
* Webpage. In coordination with the NCMBC webmaster, providing data to establish and maintain webpage(s) on the NCMBC website for assigned industries and/or buying offices. Webpages will include a guide to doing federal business in the target industry or with the target office, lists of significant future and current opportunities, links to forecasts and industry- or agency-reference data and other materials as designated by the webmaster or Executive Director.
* Excellent word processing, spreadsheet and database utilization and internet research skills, including working knowledge of MatchForce.org, MS Office and client management software.
* Performing related duties as assigned by the Director of Operations or the NCMBC headquarters.
Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
Experience:
* Combination of education or experience equivalent to four years in business development and/or military procurement.
* Working knowledge of military procurement systems and procedures.
* Work experience in military procurement.
Training:
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Business Administration or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
A Master's degree in business administration or related field. Work experience in federal acquisition strongly preferred. Excellent word processing, spreadsheet and database utilization and internet research skills, including working knowledge of MatchForce.org, MS Office and Salesforce client management software.
