HII Mission Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Military Operations Analyst to support the Naval Integrated Training Environment (NITE). The successful candidate will provide essential operational, technical, and analytical support to ensure the effective planning, execution, and assessment of complex Navy and Joint training exercises, with a focus on Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) environments. This role is crucial for maintaining and advancing the warfighting readiness of naval forces.

What You Will Do
+ Analyzes and provides recommendations on issues dealing with disciplines such as military command control and communications, electronic warfare, weapon systems, contingency operations, Military Tactics Techniques and Procedures (MTTP), force planning, and training exercises.
+ Coordinates with user community representatives throughout all phases of development concerning requirements definition, clarification, prioritization, and alternatives. Analyzes the conduct and results of operational user training, military maneuvers or simulated wartime operations undertaken to main the capabilities of a force.
+ Compares, analyzes and evaluates the relative merits of program designs and alternatives. Applies emerging doctrine and tactics, whether detailed in formal doctrinal changes or emanating from Advanced Warfighting Experiments (AWEs), Advanced Technology Demonstrations (ATDs), or Force XXI activities, to system design and development.
+ Assesses the impact of programmatic and technical options on stated user requirements and doctrine.
+ Prepares reports and briefs summarizing support requirements, deficiencies, and investments for various programs and systems.

Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a Fleet Synthetic Trainer at Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Operations Planner to join the Naval Surface Warfare Command (NSWC) - Corona's Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE) Operations Team.
This role is crucial in meeting the Navy's increasing demand for a Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) integrated training environment. You will provide expert operational knowledge of BMD, Aegis tactics, and Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD).
The primary goal of this initiative is to create a seamless LVC environment where all live units and virtual/constructive entities can detect, track, classify, and engage all other entities, using both kinetic and non-kinetic effects, limited only by the real-world systems' capabilities.
This position is based at NAS Oceana Dam Neck Annex and involves periodic local travel to other customer sites in Virginia Beach and Norfolk, Virginia. Candidates must be flexible, as duties and responsibilities may be adjusted to meet evolving business, customer, and contractual requirements.
What You Will Do
+ Serves as Operations Planner for NCTE supported exercise/training events. In this role, the Operations Planner collaborates with the Navy Combatant Commands and other exercise stakeholders (MDA, NATO, US Air Force, US Army) for training event operational requirements and collaborates with the NCTE Operations Lead to ensure event requirements are met.
+ Create Project Pages to track Plans of Action and Milestones (POAM) from event planning phase through execution.
+ Assist with Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) inputs and build simulation scenarios based on various training objectives in support of Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) events
+ Provide on site support of weekly off-hours exercises and attend all planning conference/seminars
+ Collaborate with NCTE Operations Lead and Engineering Technical Lead with validation of manning plans and event situational reports.
What You Must Have
+ 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
+ Candidate must have 5 years relevant warfighter experience in Operations support of Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) missions.

This opportunity resides within HII's Global Security (GS). Mission Technologies' Global Security (GS) group comprises live, virtual, constructive (LVC) solutions; fleet sustainment; nuclear and environmental; and Australia business.
The BMD FST-At-Sea SME performs engineering, operations, and project management activities in order to support the training audience and training commands' utilization of the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) and associated modeling and simulation tools.
This position works in support of NSWC Corona's Navy Integrated Training Environment (NITE) contract's growing demand to employ an LVC integrated environment into fleet training events. This initiative will enable all live units and virtual/constructive entities to detect, track, classify and engage all other entities and units, with both kinetic and non-kinetic effects, within the limitations of the real world systems.
Essential Job Responsibilities
+ Work onsite primarily at NSWC Corona's Global LVC Operations Center (GLOC) on Dam Neck Annex in support of COCOM led FST training events.
+ Work with NCTE Operations and Engineering Teams to coordinate and plan systems and personnel support for events. Adjust daily working hours occasionally to match times zones around the world where events are occurring. Occasional travel is required in support of event planning conferences.
+ Serve as NSWC-Corona's NCTE LVC technical and operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) training events.
+ Monitor event operations for compliance within NCTE standards and LVC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Recommend changes to SOPs as needed and help to develop new SOPs as LVC training operational requirements expand.
+ Review ongoing BMD and Aegis initiatives and evolving technology as they apply to the NCTE and ensure joint/coalition interoperability considerations.
+ Produce Operations and Engineering FST-LVC technical project notes and event reports that clearly describe event activities, issues, and corrective actions.
+ Keep leadership informed of LVC progress and issues and help coordinate resolutions for any technical or operational issues.
Minimum Qualifications
+ 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field or
+ 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field or

The position will initially support existing and emerging training infrastructure projects-including ranges and training areas-for the United States Marine Corps in the Pacific and other areas of operations. Your Key Responsibilities
This position requires an in-depth knowledge of military training, operational training range development and management, and, more specifically, range and training area capability and capacity as pertains to Marine Corps ranges across the Service. The ideal candidate is a former Marine Gunner (or Service equivalent) or range operations manager with deep familiarity with operational range requirements and experience translating those operational requirements into range capability, design, and management. **Position Summary:**

+ Engage in regular contact with customers to identify needs and provide integrated full scope solutions.
+ Provide expertise to customers on operational and administrative issues and recommend solutions.
+ Ensure customers (vendors & brokers) understand all the services company provides, especially its ability to deliver quality fresh product to customers.
+ Develop annual and seasonal business plan and sales & marketing strategy in alignment with company's overarching strategy to ensure attainment of revenue and profit goals.
+ Increase sales by speeding up new item introduction and maximum product penetration.
+ Prepare and provide formal business reviews for individual customers on a quarterly basis, identify customer's strengths and weaknesses, help them respond to their weaknesses and assist in the development of longer-term plans for improved performance.
+ Measure the success or failure of business-building initiatives and identify opportunity gaps that can be corrected as needed to ensure growth.
+ Negotiate supply agreements that drive improved financials.

**Here's what you'll need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and or experience.
+ Five years of combined experience in sales and account management. Experience in a grocery, wholesale, or food industry environment preferred.
+ Excellent ability to prioritize and self-motivate.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills including a strong ability to present new ideas and persuade individuals and thrive on networking.
