**About the role**
Working under limited supervision when supporting assigned service calls, applies advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, building systems and equipment, vehicles, and grounds within a geographical area/route potentially across multiple sites. Monitors building system operations and performance. Uses several trade skills such as welding, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling. Must be flexible on schedule.
**What you'll do**
+ Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes' maintenance and repairs, records as required.
+ Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to finish the tasks. Uses CMMS to manage work orders and track completion.
+ Leads troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include: plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC/R.
+ Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety laws.
+ Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC/R, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.
+ Oversees and inspects the work performed by outside contractors.
+ Maintains the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs or replacements.
+ Maintains grounds of facility or property performing such tasks as raking, sweeping, leaf blowing or snow removal.
+ Performs furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
+ Performs welding, carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
+ Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.
+ Report and communicate daily all work activity via PDA device
**What you'll need**
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 4 years of related experience and/or trade school training.
+ Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record with periodic checks
+ Possess necessary skills to functionally operate a "full size" van/truck
+ Licensure as required by Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)
+ Universal CFC certification required.

As our first mobile engineer , you’ll play a foundational role in defining and building the future of Matcha on mobile. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to shape the app’s architecture, own key technical decisions, and eventually build and lead a mobile engineering team. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development of our new React Native mobile app for iOS and Android. Design and implement app architecture, state management, and mobile-specific infrastructure (e.g., release pipelines, telemetry, CI/CD). Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to build seamless, intuitive, and performant DeFi experiences. Own the mobile user experience and bring complex features (e.g., trading, signing, wallet connectivity) to life. Maintain a high bar for code quality, testing, and performance through code reviews and technical mentorship. Stay current with React Native and web3 best practices, tools, and community trends to continuously improve the app. Define long-term technical direction for mobile and contribute to hiring and onboarding future mobile engineers. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in mobile development, with deep expertise in React Native and mobile application architecture. Proven track record of owning and delivering complex mobile projects — ideally products launched from scratch. Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React Native CLI & Expo, and native modules (Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin). Experience integrating mobile apps with REST and GraphQL APIs. Familiarity with state management libraries like Zustand, MobX, Redux, or Recoil. Deep understanding of mobile performance optimization, profiling, and debugging tools. Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and app distribution through the App Store and Google Play. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote, async-friendly environment. Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, product-led environment. Passion for DeFi, open finance, and building tools that empower users. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience developing fully native iOS or Android apps (Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin, or Java). Experience working with crypto wallets (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect, Rabby) and web3 connectivity on mobile. Strong understanding of mobile security best practices, especially in a crypto context. Experience with product analytics, user telemetry, and experimentation on mobile (e.g., A/B testing, feature flags).
