We are looking for a passionate and experienced Mobile Software Engineer to join our development team.

Requirements include at least 5 years of experience as a Mobile Developer (Android / iOS), good English communication skills, and effective time and priority management. Logical thinking, adherence to coding standards, and accessibility awareness are also important.

Responsibilities
  1. Analyze requirements, design, develop, and test applications based on specifications.
  2. Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
  3. Communicate and collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
  4. Troubleshoot blocking issues.
  5. Own and manage applications end-to-end.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. 5+ years of experience with Flutter; knowledge of Kotlin or Swift is a plus.

About the role

The Chime mobile team is chartered with crafting the primary interface between the company and our users. In particular, this team will be creating tight and user friendly interactions around the core banking experience as well as iterating on innovative features that help our users work towards better financial health.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $139,600 and up to $18,900. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. In this role, you can expect to
  • Design, develop, test, release, and scale new and existing consumer product features and mobile architecture
  • Work closely with our product team to launch new features

Responsibilities

• Ensure ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, lighting, and other installed systems, equipment, and other components.

• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds as it pertains to assigned client buildings.

• Performs major HVAC repairs including compressor replacement, condenser replacement, evaporator coil replacement, condenser coil replacement, etc.

• Performs major plumbing replacements including domestic water piping, steam trap repairs, sewage line repairs, bathroom fixture repairs, etc.

• Perform electrical repairs including running and bending conduit piping, pulling cables, performing electrical panel maintenance, electric motor maintenance, and predictive maintenance using a megar on said motors and compressors.

• Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as-found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.

• Respond effectively to all emergencies. May require light travel during emergency events.

• Operation, maintenance, and repair of all boilers, heaters, pumps, valves, and lines used in the distribution of steam and heated or processed water.

• Operation, maintenance, and repair of refrigerant compressors, condensers, evaporators, traps, transfer pumps, expansion valves, stop valves, and float valves, together with all refrigerant lines and devices used to control temperature, and air conditioning systems in their entirety.

To include building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and any other building-related equipment as needed. • Recommend improvements to the preventive maintenance program on an ongoing basis. • Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them or use the correct PPE in performing the task needed.

• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and practicing safe work habits. • Respond effectively to all emergencies. May require light travel during emergency events. • Must maintain all Federal, State, or Local licenses required for locations assigned. • Complete all required C&W Safety Training as scheduled annually. • Comply with C&W Uniform Dress Code while working and maintain a neat and clean appearance during all working hours.

• General Maintenance may include but is not limited to:

a) Repairs on toilet facilities including soap dispensers.

b) Repairs on registers and radiators.

c) Replacement of lamps and cleaning of light fixtures.

d) Removing ceiling tile.

Responsibilities

Working under limited supervision when supporting assigned service calls, uses sophisticated HVAC skills to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of HVAC equipment, and building systems across multiple buildings within a route.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience working with commercial and industrial HVAC equipment such as RTUs, split systems, package units, and chillers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance.

Reviews assigned work orders, estimates time and materials needed to complete repair, orders necessary materials and supplies to finish the tasks, uses CMMS to handle work orders and track completion.

Responsible for installation and modification of building equipment systems, and Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety laws.

Responsible for the preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of HVAC roof top units (RTU's) and chiller systems.

Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.

Coordinates and inspects the work performed by outside contractors.

Maintains an energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keep operating costs at a minimum.

Maintains the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs or replacements.

May serve as a mentor to other technicians.

Report and communicate daily all work activity via PDA device

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual needs to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 4 years of refrigeration experience, or equivalent school and experience.

Prior RTU and refrigeration experience preferred.

Prefer experience in retail building maintenance and proven understanding of plumbing, drywall, painting, and/or flooring.

Certificates and/or Licenses

EPA 608 / CFC Certification

Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record with periodic checks

Possess necessary skills to functionally operate a "full size" van/truck

Licensure as required by Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)

Other Skills and Abilities

Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communications

Consistent record of providing excellent internal and external customer service

Uses computer and / or PDA for work order system, email, and training. Basic skills with Microsoft Office Outlook. Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
