Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (NGDS), Beavercreek Ohio, is seeking a Principal/ Sr. Principal Intelligence Analyst to join our team. Successful candidates will provide analytic support in the form of information research, drafting, technical review, and publication of Validated On-Line Lifecycle Threats (VOLTs) and provide additional written and verbal intelligence information, as needed, for USAF acquisition programs. Candidates should be specialists of high competence in DoD air, strategic, and computer programs/concepts; finished intelligence as it pertains to air, space, ground, naval, strategic systems, and cyber foreign threat; and the forecast of threat to DoD acquisition program/concepts. Salary Range: $73,900.00 - $10,900.00Salary Range 2: 91,200.00 - 136,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. + Shall prepare intelligence after action reports (AARs) in support of efforts aimed at developing a comprehensive intelligence training program to include instruction, exercises, and self-paced computer based training (CBT)

**Requirements:**
+ ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance required
+ Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis
+ Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department All- Source Analysis Certifying Courses:
+ Army - Officer Basic and/or Advance Course or Sister Service Equivalent

**Compensation**
The annual starting salary for this position is between $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

**Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or three to five years of experience in a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) or similar role, such as national security or criminal intelligence analysis. Prior completion of threat research, identification, and trends as well as OSINT tools/platforms proficiency.
+ Able to conduct thorough and in-depth threat research and analysis.
+ Familiarity with OSINT techniques for collecting, analyzing, and validating data from open sources, including search engine queries, social media monitoring, website analysis, and public records.
+ Understanding of incident response procedures, including incident identification, triage, escalation, and recovery.
