Oversee the creation and management of security policies, firewalls, VPNs, and other network security protocols. Develop and implement advanced alerting mechanisms within security systems. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, ensuring high standards of performance and knowledge sharing. + Configure and optimize SASE components, including GRE, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and access policies.
+ Ensure seamless integration of SASE platforms with existing security and networking infrastructure and ability to quickly merge other entities
**Security Operations:**
+ Implement Zero Trust security principles to enforce least-privilege access across users, devices, and applications.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security issues related to SASE infrastructure and access.
+ Monitor and respond to security or web access related incidents, leveraging SASE tools for threat detection and risk mitigation.
+ Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure SASE configurations meet compliance and security standards along with best practice implementation.
**Policy & Compliance:**
+ Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices for SASE environments.
+ Document SASE configurations, processes, and incident response workflows.
+ Ensure compliance with security policies.
**Collaboration & Leadership:**
+ Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, architecture, other Security teams to drive and maintain secure digital transformation.
+ Stay updated on emerging SASE trends, threats, and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or network security, with at least 1 year focused on SASE implementation and management.
+ Hands-on experience with reputable SASE platforms (e.g., Zscaler Access).
+ Strong background in network security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, GRE and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
+ **Technical Skills:**
+ Expertise in SASE components: ZTNA, CASB, and secure web gateways (SWG).
+ Proficiency in cloud security principles and platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
+ Experience with identity and access management (IAM) solutions and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
+ Familiarity with scripting/automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for security operations.
+ Experience with WAF will be a plus

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to security challenges.

**Job Summary**
As part of Technology Enterprise Information Security (EIS), role would be a combination of engineering and
operations supporting the network and cloud security infrastructure and program.
**Major Responsibilities**
+ Design, build, operate and maintain network security infrastructure and cloud security services.
+ Provide consultation service to internal customers on risk remediation.
+ Advise on architecture changes.

**Qualifications**
