We are looking for a skilled Network Security Specialist to support the SOC/NOC team. This role combines network management expertise with a focus on security operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, manage, troubleshoot complex network environment from scratch
- Manage and maintain FortiGate firewalls, including configuration, updates, and optimization.
- Monitor network traffic and troubleshoot performance issues to ensure system efficiency.
- Respond to security incidents, collaborating with the SOC team to mitigate threats.
- Respond to network incidents in timely manner to maintain high SLA.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in network security and management, including firewall administration.
- Expertise with FortiGate firewalls and NGFW systems.
- Proficiency in network protocols and tools, including SNMP, Syslog, and packet analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark).
- Experience with Layer 2/3 technologies and high-availability setups.
- Knowledge of network automation and SDN is a plus.
- Certifications such as CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE 4 (or higher) are preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $94,100- $121,800. Fortinet offers employees a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), 11 paid holidays, vacation time, and sick time as well as a comprehensive leave program.
