- Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, administrators, and instructional designers.
- Experience in developing online, hybrid, and face-to-face courses.
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful curriculum development projects is highly desirable.
