Department Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead our global network infrastructure strategy and operations. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading secure and scalable network solutions across a multinational environment. **Summary:**
This position provides technical expertise in Network and Voice related functions such as network design, engineering, implementation, integration, and end user support. Provides support for all network and voice related equipment and applications including VOIP, PBX, voice mail, paging, modems, and wireless technology, etc. Provides support for Network solutions for end user business needs and resolutions. **Responsibilities:**
+ Analyzes network problems and needs (e.g. interference, intelligibility, clarity etc.).

+ Ensure change management procedures are followed, and documentation is kept up to date as changes are made to the environment.
+ Maintains regular contact with users regarding status of open or pending service calls as directed.
+ Provides input and recommendations to staff and management when potential problem areas are identified, or policies or procedures require modification or new ones are needed. Recommends and follows proper escalation procedures to minimize any outages that may occur.

+ Support end to end security implementation: user and role administration, cutover prep, and hyper care activities. Develops short and long-term operational and tactical strategies for users and data, accesses and provides end user support for BI applications.

Required Job Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in in Information Technology/Security, Computer (Information) Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline
+ Minimum 3 years' experience in related discipline (BI Security, software security engineer or application security engineer role)
+ Prior experience implementing and supporting data and analytics platforms
+ Prior experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards and analytic solutions
+ Proficiency in SQL query to analyze and troubleshoot reporting issues
