**NG- Military Internship Program Description:**

The Northrop Grumman Military Internship Program (NG-MIP) is an approved SkillBridge Program under Dept. of Defense Instruction 1322.29. The Northrop Grumman Military internship Program is open to all ranks and experience levels. **Responsibilities for this internship position are:**
Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) has developed the Northrop Grumman - Military Internship Program (DoD SkillBridge) utilizing the DoDI guidance for SkillBridge. During this program the service member will be on-site at his or her host company performing an individual internship in an entry to mid-level career type role. The service member will be on the job training supporting a work schedule equivalent to 40 hours per week. Outlined below are the Goals, Objectives, and Outcomes for the program.
**Goals** _- Provide transitioning service members fellowship-style job skills training during the last portion(s) of their military commitment. This program is specifically designed to offer internships that result in the potential to transition to a full-time opportunity as the conclusion of the training. Interns will serve as a pipeline for high-speed, motivated military candidates into NGC._
**Objectives** _- Service Members who complete the Intern program will be highly-trained, capable, future employees that align to the specific needs of the organization and are prepared to meet the NG mission "Defining Possible" on Day 1. This program provides a comprehensive internship experience including professional development, networking with leadership, and training specifically focused on NG leadership principles, company history, customer/stakeholder engagement, product and service overview, and core job responsibilities._

**DoD SkillBridge Eligibility:**
+ Has served at least 180 days on active duty.
+ Is within 12 months of separation or retirement.

Northrop Grumman Global Operations Security is seeking a Computer Support Technician 2; this position will be located in Roy, UT and will require the selected candidate to be on-site, full-time, at our campus in Roy.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
+ Resolve issues surrounding computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems while demonstrating expertise in customer service.
+ Document and submit problem resolutions to the knowledge database in order to assist other Help Desk personnel with problem resolutions.
+ Record, maintain, and update records in the Incident Management system, perform analysis of problems and assist with corrective action to restore functionality, and work with technical, customer service, and development staff to resolve recurring problems and issues with applications and/or products.
+ Review input data to verify adequacy and appropriateness of material required for data processing and related operations.
+ Review output data to verify completeness, accuracy, and conformance to quality standards and specifications.
+ Maintain accurate internal records.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of additional education and/or experience.
+ Applicants must have a current DoD Secret level security clearance (at a minimum), to include a closed investigation date completed within the last 6 years, or must be enrolled in the DoD Continuous Evaluation Program (CEP), in order to be considered; the required security clearance must be maintained for the duration of the internship.
+ The selected candidate will be required to obtain a Special Access Programs (SAP/SAR) clearance within a period of time as determined by customer and/or program requirements.
+ Experience troubleshooting, installing, and configuring Desktops running Windows OS (including Windows 10), as well as the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
+ The ability to lift 40 pounds.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ DoD 8570 IAT Level II baseline certification (example: Security+ CE).
+ Active DoD Top Secret security clearance.
+ Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
+ CompTIA A+, Network+, Dell, HP, or other certification(s).
+ Experience with remote administration.
+ Experience with PowerShell scripting.
+ Experience with zero and/or thin client devices.

Salary Range: $43,100.00 - $71,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. About This Role:
The Weapon Systemsbusiness is seeking aSenior Program Manager for the Hill AFB, Utah location. The Sr. Program Manager will own a subset of a major defense program and work within a highly collaborative and dynamic Program Office.We believe people should love what they do in this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the financial, technical, and schedule requirements of all program components to deliver products that are technically acceptable in a cost-effective manner.
- Perform Control Account Manager responsible for program management budget including development of budgetary baseline, review of actual costs and determine variance analysis, monthly Latest Revised Estimate updates and Estimate At Complete analysis, and sales forecast update.
- Follow management program processes, plans and procedures to ensure program executes based on AS9100 Quality certification requirements and Textron best practices.
- Organize Program Management Execution Gates for leadership review and approval.
- Function as the primary company interface to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and coordinate independent research and proposal development resources
Qualifications:
Required Skills
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the Defense industry
- Experience evaluating program Risks and Opportunities.
- Understanding of Earned Value Management principles.
- Experience working with diverse, multifunctional teams.
- Strong written and oral presentation skills.
- Proposal Development and Capture Leadership
- Risk identification and management
- Qualified applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet minimum qualifications for access to program information; Secret Clearance required
Desired Skills
- Prior experience working on Military Weapons System Development.
- PMP Certification or equivalent.
- Advanced Degree preferred.
Education Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Science or related technical field

**Description:**
The Program Manager will support the Air Force Air Logistics Complex's (ALC) located at Tinker AFB, Hill AFB and Robins AFB supply chain management efforts. This role involves building and managing a team of supply chain experts that will be located at the supported sites, coordinating between various organizations, and developing solutions to parts availability issues. The Program Manager will also be responsible for delivering analysis, reports, and briefings to leadership, while ensuring effective cooperation and communication among stakeholders.
**What you will be responsible for:**
+ Build, manage, and train a highly effective team of supply chain experts.
+ Manage the supply chain and mitigate parts-related risks/issues.
+ Serve as the key liaison with the customer.
+ Develop and advocate for solutions to parts availability issues.
+ Develop strategies to support customer initiatives in materiel planning and logistics.
+ Monitor DLA impact on fleet-wide weapon system readiness and analyze provisioning related degraders.
+ All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
**What you will need to be successful in this role:**
**Required:**
+ Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ 12 years of professional experience in supply chain/distribution
+ Seven (7) or more years' experience in a supervisor role.
+ Ability to obtain a government CAC and a Secret Security Clearance (as required).
**Preferred:**
+ Strong collaborative, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft productivity suites
+ 5 years' experience working for DLA and/or working directly supporting a USG Repair Depot
+ Excellent relationship/interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work with incomplete information and ambiguity
+ Industry knowledge of Aerospace & Defense supply chains.
