Okeena Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking for passionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing nursing team in Dyersburg, TN. As a CNA you will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
This position is full time, part time, or per diem. Hiring for all shifts (7a-3, 3p-11p, 11p-7a)
Pay Rates:
- $5.00 - 18.00 per hour
- 16.50 - 19.80 per hour --> MaxPay Program - Inquire during interview for program details.
Job Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Tennessee and in good standing
- Great customer service skills
- Passion to work with the aging population

- Able to work rotating weekends
- Provide physical support for residents with daily activities
- Assist residents with bathing, grooming, walking, standing (etc.)
- Maintain accurate reporting of residents health conditions and care provided

The typical pay range for this role is:
$37.66 - $81.11
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

PRIMARY
