- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualification
Education and/or Experience Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education
Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and
procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
Mathematical Skills Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.

- ssist residents with daily functions (dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing as necessary).
- Keep residents dry (change gown, clothing and linens, when it becomes wet or soiled).
- ssist residents in preparing for medical tests (i.e., lab work, x-ray, therapy, dental, etc.).
- ssist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.
- Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed.
- ssist in preparing the resident for a physical examination.
- Check each resident routinely to ensure that his/her personal care needs are being met in accordance with his/her wishes.
- Observe and report the presence of pressure areas and skin breakdowns to prevent decubitus ulcers (bedsores).
- Report injuries of an unknown source, including skin tears.
- Observe disoriented and comatose residents. Record and report data as instructed
- Perform special treatments as instructed.
- Immediately notify the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse of any resident leaving/missing from the facility.
- Use only the equipment you have been trained to use.
- Report defective equipment to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse
- Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information.
- Report known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure of such information.
- Report all allegations of resident abuse and/or misappropriation of resident property.

Private Muscular Skeletal Center seeks a full-time experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This position is all clinic based, and the Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will treat common orthopedic and pain issues. There is no call schedule, evenings or weekends and the hours are Monday through Friday (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). General orthopedic cases include shoulders, knees, hips and back (about two thirds). The experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will run their own clinic and will see on average 20 to 25 patients per day. This is a new facility that has digital x-ray, MRI, EMR and fluoroscopy-suite.
Responsibilities include: run clinics, patient evaluations and education, consultation, ordering and reviewing lab tests (X-Ray, MRI etc.), writing scripts and injections (cortisone, trigger point etc.). The group will only consider experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants, and they must have solid experience in spine.
