Understand and practice the proper method of attending to and disposing of and the possibility of exposure to blood borne pathogens, bodily fluids, infectious waste, sharp sticks and hazardous materials.

Report occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials, sharp sticks and hazardous chemicals immediately.

What You'll Do:
- Provide hands-on care and daily support to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility)
- Record vital signs and observe residents' conditions
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Work alongside licensed nurses and interdisciplinary teams
- Uphold resident dignity and deliver compassionate care
- Active CNA certification in Florida (required)
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, patient, and dependable personality
- Willingness to make a positive impact every day
