Currently I am looking for part time/per diem nurse for the night shift 12:00 am to 8:30 am, 1 to 3 days/week. Nights mostly needed: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Primary responsibilities: morning medication pass, assistance with Suboxone passes, VS monitoring, light clerical/phone duties, and blood work. Some experience with addiction nursing or psych nursing preferred but not required. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office is preferred. Experience with an electronic health record is preferred.
Experienced RNs and new candidates/new grads welcome to apply. We will train the right candidate/candidates.

Clinical Responsibilities Perform vital signs, weight checks, and assist C.N.A with ADL care such as feeding weight measurement Administer medications (oral, topical, injectable, inhaled) as prescribed and document accurately. Provide wound care, including dressing changes, skin assessments, and preventive skin care. Collect specimens (urine, stool, sputum, blood via finger stick) for lab testing.
