The Registered Nurse delivers high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with healthcare providers and the care team to ensure comprehensive treatment. Your responsibilities include:

• Assessing patient conditions upon admission and throughout each shift, documenting any changes promptly.
• Performing medical procedures as directed and meticulously documenting care administered.
• Responding promptly to patient requests and proactively anticipating their needs.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create and maintain effective patient treatment plans.
• Coordinating ongoing care and serving as a liaison with community support systems.

Qualifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
