We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Pahrump, NV to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients' homes in accordance with a physician established care plan.

This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient's residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager. We are flexible and willing to help work with your schedule!

Responsibilities

• Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
• Assist with the patients' activities of daily living as well as personal care.
• Provide companionship care and basic emotional or psychological support.
• Adhere to the patient's established plan of care.
• Execute the physician prescribed plan of care and maintain compliant documentation of care provided in the system of record.
• Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.
• Remind patient of and administer medication as prescribed.
• Maintain records and documentation of daily services.
• Communication with the patients' family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• Current First Aid certification
• TB test & physical examination
• Ability to monitor vital signs.
