**You will:**
· Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services
· Administer vaccine injections

**Required Qualifications**

+ Administer immunizations and injections (to include but not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provides evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
+ Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting
+ Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record
+ Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws and perform Point of Care Testing
+ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including but not limited to performing CPR and operating an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
+ Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol is required.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$22.40 - $48.67
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Position Summary

Plans, evaluates, and implements high quality medical care with appropriate resource management to patients, both adults and children in cooperation with center physicians.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  7. Participates in activities that enhance professional development, complete and maintain certification in BLS or ACLS (ATLS, PALS, or NALS optional) and maintains any additional specialty training/certifications as required by the area assigned.
  8. Performs other responsibilities as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program of study
  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in accordance with the state of Georgia.
  • 2 Year Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred.
  • Current DEA registration, preferred.
  • Meets eligibility requirements for credentialing as part of the WellStreet Urgent Care medical staff.
  • BLS certification is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, families and other employees.
