**What You Can Expect:**
The Manager of Nursing and Patient Care is responsible for managing operation of our Boise Labor & Delivery and Antepartum units with 24/7 responsibility for all nursing and patient care activities to include: patient experience and consumer engagement, stewardship, culture and quality and safety. Direct reports include but aren't limited to Assistant Manager Nursing/Patient Care, RNs, HUCs, CSTs, and CNAs.
**Qualifications:**
+ Education: Bachelors' of Nursing Degree
+ Experience: 7 years' relevant experience
+ Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
**Preferred Criteria**
+ Proven leadership and development experience with staff, education, and/or systems
+ Labor & Delivery experience
+ Program management & strong communication/planning skills
