Summary:
The Sr. Administrative Support Specialist, Auto Finance position provides Simply the Best customer service at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Provides administrative support, including typing, filing and answering telephones for a sales function for one or more account officers.
+ Responsible for the day-to-day activities and interaction between the client and Huntington, in terms of the establishment, documentation, and maintenance and servicing of the relationship.
+ Fosters and develops internal and external relationships including advising and counseling on bank products and services.
+ Responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing and resolving complex problems with accounts.
+ Assist the sales function or an officer by processing and maintaining complete and accurate documentation.
+ Compiles information, composes memos and prepares other correspondence that will be presented to clients, officers, attorneys, agencies and others.
+ Maintains up-to-date knowledge and may train others on products, services, departmental systems and related technology.
+ Makes routine decisions in the absence of an officer.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ 3 years in a clerical support role required
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Excellent in customer service, highly motivated, focused, and goal oriented
+ Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up
+ Ability to build and expand quality internal and external customer relationships
+ Ability to multi-task
+ PC and internet proficiency

JOB SUMMARY:
The Director, Internal Communications will lead strategic internal communications for Universal Orlando, a world-class theme park organization, and support the Destination's operational excellence, executive visibility, employee engagement, and Team Member (TM) communications programs. This role is responsible for shaping and delivering the Destination's narrative and business priorities to internal audiences, managing multi-channel communications strategies, and enhancing the connection between leadership and frontline team members.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Employee Engagement & TM Communication
+ Create and implement a holistic annual communication plan and set of programs that drive awareness and alignment with company culture, values, and strategic priorities.
+ Lead content development for internal campaigns, cultural events, recognition initiatives, TM storytelling, and change management efforts.
+ Support HR, Operations, and functional departments in promoting programs that enhance the team member experience.
Channel Strategy & Management
+ Oversee the strategy, governance, and performance of all internal communications platforms, including:
+ Corporate intranet, TM app, and internal news hub
+ Park-wide digital signage and display messaging
+ Team member email newsletters and push notification alerts
+ Live and virtual TM-facing company events
+ Manage the editorial calendar, message cadence, and cross-channel consistency to ensure cohesive internal storytelling.
Operational & Executive Communications
+ Develop and oversee communication strategies to support daily park operations, safety and crisis messaging, service initiatives, and cross-functional business updates.
+ Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing speechwriting, briefing materials, key messages, and internal storytelling for presentations, town halls, leadership messaging, and media engagements.
+ Ensure consistent alignment of messages from leadership to the broader organization to build trust and transparency.
Social Media & External TM-Facing Content
+ Lead strategy and day-to-day management of the company's team member-facing social media presence (e.g., Instagram or Facebook), ensuring tone, voice, and content support recruitment, brand pride, and engagement goals.
+ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams and Corporate Communications partners to align employer branding and storytelling opportunities.
+ Have the ability to contribute to and draft external-facing statements and company messaging for use with external stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Budget Oversight
+ Lead and mentor a high-performing team of communication professionals and content creators.
+ Manage department budget, vendor relationships, and measurement strategies to track performance and ROI.
+ Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business required.
+ Degree in Communications, Journalism or English preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
+ 10+ years Communications experience required.

+ Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
