Key Qualifications
- Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):
- High School Degree or GED required
- A minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in the Facility Management industry and demonstrated success in leading / mentoring / training a facilities team.
- BOMA &/or PMP certification or equivalent would be an asset.
- Preference will be given to individuals with a background in retail and/or public facilities. Certification in Construction Project Management, Electrical, HVAC, Vertical Transportation, or Fire Suppression would also be an asset.
- PC literacy and demonstrated capability with Windows, Microsoft: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Physical Demands/Environmental Conditions (only required for Fulfillment Center jobs)
