+ Perform release and deployment activities for the Salesforce and Oracle application including OpenAir and PSA.
+ Performing regular maintenance, applying patches, and executing database version upgrades.
+ Monitoring and optimizing database performance, ensuring efficient operation.
+ Strong understanding of SOX controls, attestations and reporting and separation of duties.
+ Developing and implementing backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to protect data and ensure recoverability in case of emergencies.
+ Implementing and managing security policies, access controls, and user permissions to protect sensitive information.
+ Identifying, investigating, and resolving database-related issues, including performance bottlenecks, errors, and outages.
+ Proactively monitoring database health, resource consumption, and system performance to prevent issues and ensure high availability.
+ Providing technical support to application developers and other IT staff, helping them with production related, optimization, and usage.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Applications, Salesforce and OpenAir.
+ North America working hours.
+ Understanding of release management process for application upgrades.
+ Strong communication and management skills.
+ Ability to troubleshoot issues and assist with support.
+ Ability to adjust to changing priorities and participation in multiple projects.
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate with multiple levels of management and collaborate with a variety of individuals to achieve business results.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
+ Working knowledge of release management tools (ADO, FlexDeploy or Copado).
Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 to $115,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).

OCI migration, modernization; relationship and networked with OCI; some delivery experience; relevant industry experience
Your work location of City, State was assigned based on business need and currently your role designated as a hybrid role. Hybrid roles are expected to perform their primary duties from a combination of IBM location, client sites or work at home. The required number of days to be in the office is to be determined by your management team. Any changes to this work arrangement must be preapproved by your manager before any changes are made.
