The Role

As our Strategic Implementation Owner , you will play a key role in shaping and driving the success of large-scale client implementations. Your Background & Qualifications:

• You have 5+ years of experience in project management, EHR implementation, or process optimization, with significant experience in client-facing roles.

• You bring a deep understanding of implementation strategies and process improvement methodologies, and have a background in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive impactful changes.

• You are an exceptional communicator with the ability to manage relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and departments.

• You have a natural ability to solve complex problems, develop strategic solutions, and execute changes that improve overall project success.

• You're skilled at training and mentoring teams on new strategies and process changes to ensure adoption and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience with EHR Implementation .

• Six Sigma experience highly preferred.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle tasks independently.

• Proficient in collaborating with stakeholders to optimize processes and drive continuous improvements.

• Experienced with Agile , Scrum , or similar project management methodologies.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, data manipulation, reporting, and project tracking).

• Strong time management and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and excellent follow-through.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating complex, evolving environments

• PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of working with the Federal Sector is a BIG plus.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

The Opportunity
The Senior Database Reliability Engineer position is responsible for engineering and operating evolving Oracle platforms. This role involves managing and optimizing existing Oracle database platforms globally, as well as evaluating and onboarding new database platforms and tools across the organization. * Proficiency in UNIX shell scripting and Oracle PL/SQL for system administration.

The IT Senior Business Systems Analyst is responsible for maintaining and optimizing UL Solution's Salesforce and Oracle platforms by managing user accounts, configuring features, performing releases and ensuring data integrity and security. Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 to $115,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
