Position Responsibilities:
+ The Shipping and Receiving Supervisor is responsible for staffing, training, evaluating and developing warehouse team members and ensuring warehouse staff are scheduling to meet the demands of the facility
+ As a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor, you will maintain appropriate warehouse inventory levels and product loss control
+ You will oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable
+ You will manage the warehouse labor and OPEX budget
+ You will manage warehouse space capacity and interface with outside warehouses, planning, and transportation as required
+ Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ Associate's Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or a High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of supervisory experience

**A Day in the Life:**
+ Generate, verify, and match shipping labels with incoming packages to ensure accuracy.
+ Maintain awareness of current SDS and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and ensure compliance.
+ Provide timely updates to customers regarding inventory levels, order status, and shipment schedules to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction.
+ Identify order discrepancies and raise to appropriate personnel.
+ Ensure all incoming and outgoing packages are scanned accurately for inventory control.
+ Safely operate pallet jacks to move heavy packages and pallets.
