**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Read and follow computerized work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shipped
+ Determine the location of requested items in the warehouse
+ Change over pallets for picking, visually inspect items for damages or flaws
+ Document and report damages to supervisors or leads
+ Pack, seal, and label materials/pallets for shipping using Radio Frequency (RF) scanning equipment to document and verify counts of picked items
+ Alert appropriate leader of any issues with the product or materials and await directions to rectify the problem
+ Help clean and organize the warehouse at the end of the shift
**ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Work with other machinery and material handling equipment
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)**
+ Must be able to identify products through reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet identification numbers
+ Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
+ Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
+ Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
+ Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

- Conduct process and product checks to ensure materials, parts, and products comply with quality standards and requirements.

- Perform Cycle Counts as required.
- Support and maintain a 6S working environment.
- General movement of equipment, inventory, WIP, finished goods and stock around the plant.

Required Skills:
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Job Description**
**Job Summary:** The Warehouse Associate is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient inventory control, and supporting the overall operations of the warehouse or inventory department. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that inventory levels are accurate, stock is appropriately managed, and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Inventory Management:**
+ Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular counts, audits, and reconciliations.
+ Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
+ **Data Entry and Documentation:**

**Job Duties:**
+ Load/Unload inbound and/or outbound freight from trailers/containers
+ Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
+ Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
+ Transport materials to production workstations
+ Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
+ Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
+ Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
+ Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
**Requirements**
+ Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ Technologically literate, with the ability to use a computer and RF scanner
