This individual will play a critical role in our firm's tax advisory practice, providing strategic tax services to our diverse clientele. Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liability and maximize client profitability. Provide guidance and expertise on complex tax issues, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and other corporate transactions. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to client service. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA designation is highly preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax advisory, with a focus on corporate tax services, planning, research, compliance, tax provision, and M&A.
