Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Partner Marketing Manager to drive joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives with leading global strategy consulting firms including Bain, McKinsey, BCG, and AT Kearney. This individual contributor role focuses on co-marketing, thought leadership, and ecosystem engagement to support SAP's growth priorities across AI, cloud, industry transformation, and security.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and partner teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that elevate joint value propositions, generate demand, and position SAP and its consulting partners as innovation leaders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Joint GTM Strategy & Execution
+ Develop and execute joint GTM plans with strategy consulting partners aligned to SAP's strategic priorities.
+ Collaborate on messaging frameworks, solution positioning, and campaign themes that reflect shared customer value.
+ Support ABM initiatives to drive targeted engagement and pipeline acceleration
2. Thought Leadership & Content Development
+ Co-create thought leadership assets (whitepapers, blogs, webinars, executive briefs) with consulting partners.
+ Amplify joint insights across SAP and partner channels, including earned media, social, and events.
+ Identify opportunities for joint speaking engagements and executive forums
3. Campaign & Event Activation
+ Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns, including digital promotions, executive roundtables, and industry events.
+ Coordinate with internal and partner teams on content creation, logistics, and performance tracking.
+ Ensure consistent brand alignment and impactful storytelling across all touchpoints.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
+ Serve as the day-to-day marketing liaison for assigned consulting partners.
+ Build trusted relationships with partner marketing and field teams to align on priorities and execution.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with SAP sales, alliances, and field marketing teams
5. Performance Measurement & Optimization
+ Track and report on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and influenced pipeline.
+ Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.
+ Manage partner marketing funds and ensure ROI-driven investment.
Qualifications
+ 5 years of experience in B2B or partner marketing, preferably in tech or consulting environments.
+ Experience working with or alongside strategy consulting firms is highly desirable.
+ Strong understanding of GTM strategies, ABM, and thought leadership marketing.
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
+ Data-driven mindset with ability to measure and articulate marketing impact.

**What You Will Need:**

+ A minimum of 15 years of increasing responsibility in financial services industry and consulting, combined with clear credibility in the industry as a transformation leader within the largest Banking, Fintech, Payments and/or Cryptocurrency Exchange clients.
+ At least five (5) years' experience related to Key Client P&L growth accountability
+ Deep Banking, Payments, FinTech, and/or Crypto related experience, including a minimum of five (5) successful years in consulting
+ Demonstrated leadership experience within Commercial Financial Services consulting, including the leadership of transformation solutions
+ Broad content expertise in financial services transformation projects with a demonstrated ability to develop leaders that embrace change to get results

**What You Will Need:**
