+ 5 years' experience in First line Risk and Control, Compliance, or Operational Risk
+ 3 years' experience in regulatory guidance or compliance domain
+ Bachelor's degree

Here's what you need:
+ 3 years' experience in risk and regulatory management consulting from a competitive firm serving the banking industry
+ 5 years' experience in risk and regulatory compliance within the banking industry including thorough knowledge of consumer regulations such as UDAAP, Reg E, Reg Z, TILA, state data privacy laws, etc.
+ 5 years' experience in First line Risk and Control, Compliance, or Operational Risk
+ 3 years' experience in regulatory guidance or compliance domain
+ Bachelor's degree

+ You understand compliance process design and re-engineering
