**This role in summary**

In this position you will:
- Lead agile crew(s) performing development work on crypto solutions
- Translate business requirements and business strategy into actionable agile stories
- Prioritize crypto development work backlog
- Coordinate with project managers, technology team, and controls partners for Change Governance
- Partner across organization to identify optimal integration points with digital tools, crypto
