**Job Overview** :
The Digital Asset Coordinator will play a critical role in driving consistency with asset tagging and uploading that will drive efficiency in our current processes. This role will be responsible for coordinating, storing, cataloging, and distributing digital assets within Newell Brands. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with several cross-functional team members.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage the uploading and metadata tagging of all creative assets, following digital content playbooks and DAM protocols.
+ Ensure assets meet data architecture standards, accessibility requirements (alt text, VTT), and usage rights compliance.
+ Identify, tag, and categorize User-Generated Content (UGC) for marketing campaigns, ensuring proper rights usage and future discoverability.
+ Conduct regular audits of the DAM library to maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and governance standards.
+ Proactively monitor and advise partners on upcoming asset usage expirations.
+ Partner with the Data Governance team to ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
+ Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and AI tools to improve DAM workflows, keyword accuracy, rights management, and reporting.
+ Document best practices, recommend improvements, and support the development of new data management infrastructure.
+ Contribute to metadata standards, taxonomy alignment, and broader data harmonization initiatives.
+ Partner with IT and DAM software providers to optimize system performance and maximize value.
+ Work cross-functionally with Design, Digital Merchandising, DTC, IT, and Brand teams to resolve data management needs.
+ Participate in enterprise-level data infrastructure and digital transformation projects.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Science, Digital Media, or equivalent professional experience.
+ 2+ years of experience in digital asset management, enterprise content management, or DAM system support for large organizations.
+ Hands-on experience with DAM systems (e.g., Media Beacon, Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder, Widen, etc.).
+ Strong understanding of metadata standards, taxonomy, and digital asset management best practices.
+ Knowledge of copyright, licensing, and digital usage rights.
+ Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience supporting cross-functional creative and marketing teams.

The University Photographer/Digital Asset Coordinator is a key member of the Strategic Marketing & Communications team, creating, conceptualizing, and providing compelling and time-sensitive visual assets to enhance recruitment marketing efforts, brand awareness, and reputation-building activities for University of Redlands.
The University Photographer/Digital Asset Coordinator reports to the Director of Content & Creative Strategy and collaborates with colleagues in marketing, creative, social media, web, and media relations. The University Photographer/Digital Asset Coordinator is a creative visual storyteller and asset creator who conceptualizes, plans, coordinates, and conducts photo shoots; edits; obtains approvals; and provides publish-ready photo assets for digital and traditional advertising, social media channels, Redlands.edu, events, etc. The University Photographer/Digital Asset Coordinator will stage and art direct photoshoots for special needs such as the Och Tamale magazine and Admissions viewbooks. Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Conceptualize the creative expression of the University through photography and use creative expertise to bring the brand to life.
- Stage and art direct high-end, conceptual photoshoots for the cover and feature stories of Och Tamale magazine, admissions viewbooks, recruitment ads and brochures, and other reputational needs.
- Deploy artistic vision, creativity, photographic skills, and knowledge of photography software to capture, edit, and deliver impactful images, using both natural and artificial lighting.
- Develop creative briefs and mood boards (visual research) to obtain buy-in and approval of concepts from key stakeholders prior to photo shoots.
- Develop creative and impactful multimedia solutions tailored to a variety of platforms:

- Create an asset of brand photography with primary focus on targeting undergraduate students and their influencers.

Summary

We are looking for a Sr Product Manager to drive innovation in our AI powered Insight Digital Experience Platform (DXP), a key component of our Digital Business Unit. In this role, you will define the future of digital asset management, driving innovation to help customers manage, process, govern, analyze and monetize their digital assets, including photographs, images, creative files, video, audio and much more.
You will be an expert in understanding and solving hard customer problems, gathering and analyzing customer and market data, validating key assumptions, and building outcome-driven solutions in close collaboration with talented designers, engineers and cross-functional teams.
In this role you will:
Deeply understand customer needs : partner with customers and internal subject matter experts to understand customer needs, drive adoption and ensure measurable value realization in digital asset management. Translate customer insights into actionable product roadmaps that cover the entire digital asset lifecycle.
Build product strategy and roadmap: define and communicate the strategic roadmap for transforming digital asset management in our Insight DXP platform. Identify market opportunities, understand the market landscape, and drive innovation using AI-powered intelligence and automation
Ensure high-velocity execution and innovation: Develop detailed requirements, feature definitions, prioritize requirements and remove roadblocks during the product development process to deliver successful solutions in a fast paced environment.
Drive cross functional alignment : work closely with engineering, design, marketing and sales teams to deliver scalable, secure, compliant and impactful product capabilities. Collaborate with other product management teams for a cohesive end to end customer experience.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert, lead customer discussions and engagements to validate value and gather input, and support pre-sales and sales
What you will need to succeed:
A strong bias toward action, and a proven track record of delivering SaaS products and enhancements to market at speed, and a curiosity for emerging technologies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate a matrixed organization are a must.
3-5 years of experience in a product manager role for a SAAS solution with global/international experience
Experience in building workflow based processes / solutions automating key business processes highly desired
Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights
Experience with a CSP, Content Management, ECM, or BPO platform/solutions
Experience in Analytics/ BI; Data Visualization, Machine Learning, NLP, Robotic Process Automation a plus
Passionate about building functional and engaging customer experiences
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for customer focused innovation and a strong sense of urgency

What You'll Do
As a Tax Manager, you will utilize your prior experience to manage teams providing tax advisory and compliance services to our vast array of clients: traditional enterprise companies starting to use and invest in crypto, Labs companies launching new decentralized networks and building applications, infrastructure companies that do mining and staking, crypto exchanges, and asset managers expanding their portfolio to include crypto investing and engaging in yield generating activities. Responsibilities will include:
+ Leading clients with legal entity structuring, tax analysis of token flows, transaction analysis, revenue recognition, sourcing, and implementation of clients' tax objectives.
+ Working directly with Deloitte leaders and national office with specialists in the taxation of crypto
+ Performing detail-level reviews of tax research, agreements, work papers, and tax filings
+ Coordinating and communicating with client contacts as required to understand the client's business, gather information, and provide tax-efficient solutions.
+ Training, mentoring, and supervising tax staff.
+ Preparing and leading client meetings on advisory and compliance projects related to tax planning opportunities, and the tax implications of various transactions to the organization.
+ Involvement in marketplace eminence building and pursuits.

Qualifications
Required:
+ Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2 - 3 days per week
+ Bachelor's degree
