Overview
To manage, organize, update, edit, and archive all assets and files for the Marketing Creative Services team. Develop and evolve the digital asset management system for client's brands and provide support to users. Maintain and track all asset licensing restrictions, including usage expirations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct the daily management of the Digital Asset Management System (DAMs)
- Maximize discovery of digital assets by enhancing product and lifestyle images with metadata that follows established guidelines and are consistent with business objectives
- Manage lifecycle of image assets after creation, including select and ingestion within AEM digital asset management system (DAM)
- Subject matter expert for the digital asset management system (DAMs); maintain accurate system procedures and policies; develop process improvements, testing, and documentation; provide training and system support
- Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement to aid in the overall enrichment of the metadata lifecycle
- Coordinate and maintain organization of all assets and files for the Marketing Creative Services team, including Internally Generated Photography and Video, Campaign Photography, Stock Photography, Logos, Design Assets, Video B-roll, and other Special Projects
- Point of contact for all asset requests and handoff from internal team members in marketing, content strategists, and back-end developers, as well as outside vendors and partners
- Research streamlining opportunities to improve search engine concepts within the DAMs
- Create, develop, grow, and maintain a naming convention framework that is organized and allows for locating files quickly and seamlessly.
- Ensure and manage the workflow of proper naming, labeling and organizing of all content for all channels
- Responsible for researching and helping implement new technologies that streamline platforms and processes

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
The primary role of the Digital Asset Manager is to manage department tasks, workflows and decisions surrounding the ingestion, annotation, metadata, cataloguing, storage, retrieval and distribution of digital assets for multiple purposes while maintaining brand consistency. The (DAM) Manager will also develop protocol for downloading, renaming, backing up, rating, grouping, archiving, optimizing, maintaining and exporting files. Digital Assets consist of, but are not limited to, image and video files.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Receives and supplies receipt acknowledgement of internal, client, vendor or third party supplied assets.
+ Compares assets to accepted published standards for inclusion in Client and/or Quad databases.
+ Enters metadata and product data that pertains to the image and product depicted in the asset.
+ Help maintain and plan complex workflow to support onsite and offsite needs including access by clients.
+ Manages asset requests from clients. Maintains lists of assets requested by client and the status of the fulfillment of that request. Reviews reports of asset searches in order to anticipate an asset request.
+ Organizes assets within the databases based on criteria established for each client.
+ Ensure all digital assets meet internal and client specifications before final delivery.
+ Purges old or out of contract images from the image databases.
+ Requests product data from client to complete image data record.
+ Coordinates and manages multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Tracks and reports daily / weekly on status of image assets in excel and proprietary client systems.
+ Works with IT to determine improvements needed in database and database interfaces.
+ Add files and metadata to a central repository.
+ Comment, collaborate and/or make notes on assets to determine and control uses and promote an asset's ability to be repurposed effectively. Create keyword hierarchies so assets can be located quickly.
+ Index and classify assets in a number of ways in which they can be controlled and easily retrieved by approved users to use for appropriate communications.
+ Preserve the integrity of the digital file and its metadata for the lifetime of an asset so that it can be controlled, versioned, repurposed and archived according to administrative direction.
+ Search, find, access and/or deliver assets in the proper file formats (often involving file transformation services) so that the asset(s) may be used according to the intended and/or permitted uses.
+ Coordination of retouching images
+ Back up images
+ Send out equipment for repairs when needed
+ Ordering of supplies
+ Other duties as assigned by manager

- Work with IT support teams to resolve issues related to IT assets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, and standards related to IT asset management, including tracking of end-of-support timelines with suppliers.
- Develop and enforce asset lifecycle and disposition policies and procedures for the organization.
- Monitor and manage the costs associated with IT assets including refresh planning in the organization's long term budget plan.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities related to asset management.
- Generate reports on asset status, inventory levels, and compliance metrics.
- Provide management with insights and recommendations based on asset data.
- Partner with supplier management leaders and suppliers continually add value to the organizations assets through partnerships with our supplier base.
- Support contract and service agreement negotiation related to IT assets.
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years experience.
- 5+ years in IT asset management or a similar role.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- A secret clearance must be granted or maintained. If you begin employment without a clearance you must obtain a final clearance within 18 months of start date; failure to be granted any required clearances/accesses within this timeframe will result in termination of employment.
- Certification in IT Asset Management or IT Service Management (CITAM, CSAM, CHAMP, SNOW or ITIL).
- Experience supporting Classified programs for DoD or Defense Industrial Base programs.
- Experience with cloud-based asset management solutions. (e.g. FinOps)

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Asset Management (DAM) Business Analyst with hands-on expertise in Nuxeo to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to design, optimize, and deliver DAM solutions that meet business requirements. This role requires a blend of strong analytical skills, DAM domain knowledge, and functional experience configuring and managing Nuxeo.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical teams for DAM initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases for digital asset management.
• Design and propose solutions leveraging Nuxeo's platform capabilities, including metadata modeling, content lifecycle, permissions, and automation.
• Configure and customize Nuxeo as needed (e.g., workflows, user interfaces, integrations).
• Coordinate and lead workshops, requirements sessions, and solution design discussions with stakeholders.
• Support the creation and execution of test cases and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide end-user training, create functional documentation, and support onboarding activities.
• Monitor DAM system performance and recommend optimizations for scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
• Stay current with industry best practices and advancements in DAM and Nuxeo technologies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Digital Asset Management projects.
• Strong functional expertise with Nuxeo : workflows, metadata schema, user interface configuration, and system integrations.
• Understanding of digital asset lifecycles, rights management, and taxonomy design.
• Experience writing user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with APIs, content services, and integration patterns is a plus.
Nice to Have:
• Prior experience integrating Nuxeo with downstream systems (e.g., content delivery networks, creative tools, marketing platforms).
• Basic scripting or configuration in Nuxeo (Automation Scripting, Studio).
• Knowledge of other DAM solutions (Adobe AEM Assets, Bynder, etc.) to provide comparative insights.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Nuxeo platform.
