+ Support onboarding, upskilling, and role-specific training through digital solutions

+ Collaborate with business units to identify knowledge gaps and develop solutions (e.g., knowledge bases, wikis, communities of practice)
+ Lead change management and communication efforts related to platform and process updates

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Education or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
+ 6 years of work experience in education, training, account/ client management and/ or project management
+ 2 years of leadership/people management experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

+ Ability to analyze data with a high level of accuracy and consistency
+ Ability to manage moderate complex projects

Potential pay for this position ranges from $81,000.00 - 110,000.00 - 138,000.00 based on experience and skills.
