Store Manager Salary Range: $45,000- $56,000 plus quarterly bonus
Employment Type: Full-time

Our Store Managers Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate your team to supply the highest level of guest satisfaction and top-notch product quality.
- Execute the day in, day out operations in one of our stores.
- Meet and succeed profit and loss goals
- Lead, supervise, and train in product preparation, including portioning, packaging, and cleaning
- Manage cost controls and inventory.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership and Management: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the restaurant industry, including knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Technology: Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software.
- Education: A high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus!
- Experience: 5+ years management experience
