The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities:**
+ Drive data infrastructure development programs, including data model and taxonomy design, partner with engineering to implement these elements into tooling configurations.
+ Establish and maintain robust data governance programs and processes across Global Affairs.
+ Conduct comprehensive data and technology assessments, translate business needs into clear and prioritized technical requirements.
+ Develop and own tooling and solutions strategies and roadmaps for Global Affairs data (e.g., data cataloging), actively partnering with engineering teams like Legal and Risk Engineering.
+ Clearly articulate business needs and priorities to engineering teams, influencing their roadmaps and arbitrating competing requirements.
