Job Title: Staff Accountant Physician Practices Location: Charleston, SC (serving practices in Charleston and Hilton Head)
Job Summary Novant Health is seeking a Staff Accountant to support our physician practices in the Charleston and Hilton Head, SC regions. This position, based in Charleston, will be responsible for preparing, reconciling, and analyzing financial data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Responsibilities include performing or assisting with various balance sheet account reconciliations and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies. The Staff Accountant will also be responsible for recording journal entries and generating financial and statistical reports as needed.

Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations.
Perform monthly and quarterly analysis of financial data.
Record journal entries and compile financial/statistical reports.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting , required .

Positive attitude, self-motivation, and initiative
