Essential Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Manage the technical aspects for site civil, geotechnical, or water resources engineering projects including tasks such as permitting, design, contract document preparation, construction engineering, and construction quality assurance for the any of the following client sectors: Mining, Solid Waste, Power Generation, Industrial, Manufacturing, Municipal, or Transportation
  • Prepare technical scopes of work for proposals and projects, project budgets, requests for proposals for contractors, and technical reports
  • Lead proposal teams and presentations. Develop and Maintain Client/Account Relationships
  • Lead and participate on multi-disciplinary, multi-geographic project teams
  • Maintain high visibility in the marketplace through regular client contact, participation in client-based professional organizations, and attendance and presentations at industry events
  • Manage projects and mentor staff which includes providing technical leadership, oversight, and risk management.
  • Assist in recruiting and training additional staff
  • Some overnight travel may be required
Minimum Qualifications:
  • B.S. degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or related field. M.S, degree a plus.
  • PE certification required
  • 15 years of previous professional experience in civil or geotechnical engineering; Project Management experience, including proposal preparation and budgeting; knowledge of state and federal regulations; proven business development skills.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of principles of civil/water resources/geotechnical engineering.
  • Recognized for technical excellence and development of client-focused, creative, and practical solutions.
  • Experience and/or ability to manage a group of engineers and willingness to help expand an engineering practice in GEI's Appleton office.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license

**Responsibilities & Qualifications**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Research, plans, designs, and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, building codes and materials.
+ Performs field investigations and evaluations at existing buildings to document existing field conditions; and prepares drawings of existing conditions.
+ Consults with client to determine functional and spatial requirements for new structure or renovation, and summarize information regarding design, specifications, color, equipment, furnishings, estimated costs and construction time.
+ Develops building and site designs including the evaluation of alternative building materials, building systems and equipment together with other considerations based on program, budget, and aesthetics.
+ Presents and explains design of the project to client and other team representatives.
+ Coordinates all components that will comprise the building project including site, interiors, structural and MEPFP disciplines and integrates these elements into a unified design.
+ Produces and coordinates drawings, specifications, reports, cost estimates and other documents during the design process in accordance with established quality standards.
+ Coordinates and prepares submittals at appropriate intervals during the design process for submission and review with the client.
+ Assists the client in filing documents for government approvals and permits along with obtaining competitive bids or negotiated proposals.
+ Takes an active role during construction administration to represent, advise and consult with the client.
+ Assists the Owner in the organized close-out of the project including final site observation and development of punch list; certificate of completion; coordination and preparation of record drawings and other closeout documents.

**Project Management Responsibilities:**
+ Provides Introba services and administers projects as Introba's primary single source contact from initial project inception through completion. Plans, directs, and coordinates project activities to ensure that the goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
+ Assists market niche leaders in pursuing potential project opportunities and presenting Introba qualifications to prospective clients and develops and presents proposals for Introba's services including determination of project understanding; summary of services; deliverables; schedule and fee.
+ Administers the agreement between the client and Introba and periodically reviews the document to assure that client and Introba are fulfilling respective obligations and establishes a work plan and staffing needs for each project phase and arranges for recruitment or assignment of appropriate personnel and consultants as required.
+ Prepares, monitors, and periodically updates project schedule identifying milestone project dates for the entire team and maintains a good working relationship with all members of the project team, confers with them and assures that proper communication and documentation are taking place.
+ Oversees production of drawings, specifications, reports, cost estimates and other documents and assures that quality standards are maintained and mentors assigned workforce aiding in career development and skill development.
+ Assures coordination is taking place (during all project phases) between in-house disciplines, consultants, client, client's consultants, and contractors and monitors budgets to track the hours as assigned to the project. Takes appropriate corrective measures to prevent budget overruns. Notifies the Project Manager if additional fees for changes in services are required as appropriate, relative to the original scope of the project.
+ Oversees the construction procurement process including assisting the client in establishing list of bidders; obtaining competitive bids; evaluating bids; and working with the Project Manager in preparing contracts for construction - along with overseeing the proper close- out for the project and represents, advises, and consults with the client during construction administration.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree (BA) in Architecture from an accredited college or university.
+ 15+ years' experience and/or training.
+ Registration required.
+ Proficient to advanced skills in Revit (current version 2025) and Intermediate AutoCAD skills.
+ Understanding into the development of specifications utilizing MasterSpec format and will be trained to learn SpecsIntact (UFGS) specification writing.
+ Understanding of report writing and design analysis narratives.
+ Editing of PDF documents in Bluebeam is desired and general support software skills include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Construct (BIM 360), and Microsoft Teams. Enscape or similar 3D modeling software experience is a plus.
+ Experience in Federal Projects requiring UFGS criteria.
+ Well rounded professions with exposure to health and medical facility design (not required but desired). Broad exposure to a variety of building types - construction, and project delivery methods.

This Senior IT Auditor position will report directly to the Director of Audit Services & IT Control Compliance. We are seeking a well-rounded, highly motivated, and experienced individual that can perform a range of assignments in the following areas: Information Technology (IT), Operations, and Finance.
This is an onsite role at our Salisbury, MD Corporate Offices. A generous relocation package is also available for qualifying candidates.
The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

**Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Perform compliance testing of the Company's SOX/internal controls program, including planning, executing, and drawing conclusions on the design and operational effectiveness of Automated and IT General Controls.
+ Deliver actionable recommendations and offer guidance to improve processes that effectively remediate internal control deficiencies.
+ Develop audit work programs and enhance existing programs to execute the scope and objectives of IT, operational, and financial audits.
+ Plan, execute, and report results of consulting and assurance engagements, including reviewing results and recommendations with management, obtaining management responses, and following up on remediation efforts where necessary.
+ Complete special projects and other reporting duties as assigned.
**Minimum Education and Experience Required**
**Minimum Education**
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
**Experience Requirements**
3-5 years in an Information Systems, Accounting, and/or Auditing role
**Experience Preferred**
+ Strong written and oral communication
+ Previous SOX controls testing

**Responsiblities**
The MSTS GIS Department is seeking an outstanding candidate to fill a Senior GIS Analyst (Senior Scientist) position. GIS Services maintains the MSTS Enterprise GIS capability and supports numerous programs/projects across the Nuclear Security Enterprise (NSE). This position entails the design, development, maintenance, administration, and upgrade of GIS systems, processes, data, and products (maps, reports, etc.).
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Work closely with SMEs, management, consumers, and staff to define and capture GIS data and product requirements.
+ Design and develop various types of compelling GIS products for facilities and infrastructure capabilities, including online mapping applications, dashboards, catalogs, interactive timelines, reports, etc.
+ Assist in the design, development, implementation, and integration of GIS data models.
+ Research, collate, and evaluate infrastructure data from various sources.
+ Identify and communicate data gaps or inadequacies; work with team to develop mitigation strategies to address.
+ Collect, document, input, verify, and track GIS data and products.
+ Maintain a firm understanding of the existing GIS databases, data models, and applications; stay abreast of application and process changes.
+ Be an active member of the MSTS Emergency Response Organization GIS Duty Position. Participate in drills and exercises and respond to real-world events. Support emergency response activities, including rapid development of GIS data and products.
+ Develop/assist in developing system, application, and user-training documents; develop and present application demonstrations and product reports.
+ Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining GIS Department systems.
+ Contribute to solutions of problems and issues with well-defined scope and moderate complexity, utilizing a well-defined set of technologies. Solutions use established standards, practices and procedures as well as technical knowledge to address problems and complete tasks. Solutions may require evaluation of standards and processes.
+ Define specifications for procurements and initiate purchase requests.
+ Perform other duties assigned by Management.
**Qualifications**
**Due to the nature of our work, US Citizenship is required for all positions.**
+ Bachelor's in calculus-based technical (STEM) field plus at least 5 years relevant experience. _Skill building experience must demonstrate either deeper technical specialization or additional cross-disciplinary knowledge. Graduate research experience may be recognized._
+ Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing various paper and digital GIS products.
+ Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the management and use of GIS infrastructure (power, water, roads, etc.) data.
+ Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining spatial application products, especially those based on Esri platform (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro, ArcPy, ArcGIS .NET API, Experience Builder, and ArcGIS JavaScript API).
+ Knowledge and experience using ESRI product suite, including ArcGIS Pro (and extensions), ArcGIS Field Maps, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
+ Knowledge/proficiency with various field data collection systems (GPS and associated mobile applications).
+ Firm understanding of SQL and relational databases (especially MS SQL Server).
+ Firm understanding of good data governance and usage principles.
+ Experience with C#, Python, HTML/CSS, .NET Framework/Core desired but not required.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
+ Able to deal with high-pressure environments; handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities, schedules, and requirements.
+ Able to utilize independent judgment, creativity, initiative, and ability to apply knowledge and experience to resolve problems.
+ Able to follow oral and written instructions and follow through on all assignments.
+ Ability to communicate with all types of people, experience, and positions in a tactful, professional, and effective manner while screening and maintaining confidentiality.
+ The primary work location will be at the Losee Road facility in North Las Vegas, Nevada. Work at the Nevada National Security Site (located 65 miles northwest of Las Vegas, Nevada) is required in support of these functions.
+ Work schedule for this position will be 4/10's, Monday - Thursday (subject to change).
+ Pre-placement physical examination, which includes a drug screen, is required. MSTS maintains a substance abuse policy that includes random drug testing.
+ Must possess a valid driver's license.
