Responsibilities:
Merchandising and Customer Support- Travels to and among customer store locations as required according to service schedule and as necessary to resolve issues.
- Maintains customer stores by ensuring displays are set to plan-o-grams, assessing inventory levels, placing customer orders, down-stocking product, removing defective product, placing POP material, and repairing displays and equipment.
- Performs physical work necessary to tear down and/or assemble store displays, including racks and other prescribed display items according to the plan-o-grams.
- May provide direction and supervision to temporary or support personnel assigned to assist with the reset.
- Completes customer service sheets and surveys as directed
- Takes photos of displays
- Maintain and timely submit required records and receipts
- Follow prescribed time reporting procedures and submit time worked accurately and promptly.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college courses preferred.
Qualifications:
- Two years field service or merchandising experience preferred, ideally in a large-scale retail environment.
- Able to read & execute store plan-o-grams efficiently and use Word, Excel, and Windows.
- Able to regularly travel to and among store locations, with occasional overnight stays as required.
- Maintains valid drivers license and a driver record acceptable under Hillmans Vehicle Policy.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.

We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Representative - Direct Store Delivery to be located in Salt Lake City, UT.
The primary responsibilities will include:
The Territory Sales Representative's primary responsibility is to grow revenue by acquiring, developing and servicing small retail customers within a designated territory. This includes sourcing and closing new accounts, providing exceptional service and merchandising, expanding our product portfolio within existing accounts, adhering to pricing guidelines, managing account information and working safely. This role is highly interactive and has a strong sales and service focus.
Base Salary: $60,000 Annually plus commission
Responsibilities
Specific accountabilities:
Sales

Identify and close new retail accounts, particularly in the UDS (up-and-down-the-street) channel including convenience stores, small independent groceries, bodegas, etc.

Develops all assigned accounts relative to sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service

Solicits placement of equipment, sells sufficient product inventory, and executes promotions, adhering to pricing and promotion guidelines

Monitor competitive environment to understand and leverage sales opportunities

At times, takes inventory and places orders for future delivery to avoid out-of-stocks and reduction of out of-date product

At times ensure product display areas are clean, well-merchandised, and with proper POS (point-of-sale) materials

We are currently seeking a **Territory Sales Representative** to be located in **Lancaster, CA.**
**The primary responsibilities will include:**
The Territory Sales Representative's primary responsibility is to grow revenue by acquiring, developing and servicing small retail customers within a designated territory. This includes sourcing and closing new accounts, providing exceptional service and merchandising, expanding our product portfolio within existing accounts, adhering to pricing guidelines, managing account information and working safely. This role is highly interactive and has a strong sales and service focus.
**Base Salary: $65,000 Annually plus commission**
Responsibilities
**Specific accountabilities:**
Sales
+ Identify and close new retail accounts, particularly in the UDS (up-and-down-the-street) channel including convenience stores, small independent groceries, bodegas, etc.
+ Develops all assigned accounts relative to sales volume, market share, product distribution, space allocation, and customer service
+ Solicits placement of equipment, sells sufficient product inventory, and executes promotions, adhering to pricing and promotion guidelines
