Do you have experience working as a reset merchandiser? Are you able to work both independently and in a team? If so, the Store Representative position at Serv-U-Success may be the right job for you. Teamwork and relationship building are the drivers of success within our business.
As a Store Representative, you will be stocking shelves, rotating shelved product, setting up displays, stocking & rotating products in coolers, organizing and rotating product in storage rooms, and moving products from storage to the sales floor. This position interacts with personnel at the store location and may also participate in service projects of varying size and complexity.
Responsibilities:
- Merchandising, stocking, and maintaining product displays (Both grocery and hardlines)
- Resetting and building displays with the use of planograms and other instructional materials
- Rotating date sensitive product on the shelf and in the backroom
- Transporting product between the sales floor and the backroom
- Safely using store equipment
- Using electronic devices for communication, work instructions, and other reporting activities
- Building relationships with teammates, store personnel, and customers
- Organization and Prioritization

Job Summary: This person will be a part of a team responsible for the day-to-day operation of an ABC store. The duties include, but are not limited to, greeting customers, maintaining positive relationships with customers and helping them find specific products within the store, taking inventory of products and restocking shelves as needed, and managing the POS system to process payments or administer refunds for customers.
Hours: This position requires 40-hours per week during the seven-day workweek with occasional overtime if necessary to fulfill the job duties. The workweek consists of days, nights, and weekends.
Travel: Travel within Wilson County is occasionally required. Travel outside of Wilson County is sometimes required for education, meetings, and conferences.

Description of WorkEssential Functions:
- Greet and assist customers.

- If applicable, assists with the processing of mixed beverage orders and pickup and/or delivery of same.
- Receive product into the store from the warehouse.
- Process store-to-store transfers of product.
- Stocks, cleans, and maintain shelves with product.
- Assists with updating shelf pricing of product as needed.
- Assists with cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, removing trash from the parking lots, etc.
- Observes customers while in the store.
- Assists in weekly inventory of product.
- Counts money in cash till at beginning and end of work shift and balances cash sales against till.
- Prepares nightly deposit as needed.
- Takes deposit to the bank and buys change from the bank as needed.
- Opening and closing the store.
Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Education and ExperienceMinimum Qualifications:
Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, a U.S. Citizen, and a high school graduate. A high school equivalency certificate is acceptable.
Must possess a valid North Carolina Driver's License.
Must pass a drug test and background check.
Must have his/her own transportation.
Must be able to perform manual labor in an ABC store. This includes being able to lift cases of product and being able to perform any bending or stooping required in normal cleaning and stocking responsibilities.

Retail Customer Service Representative is responsible for:
Providing a fast and friendly customer service experience every visit.
Ability to operate front end equipment; register, calculator, scanner.
Cash handling, fuel transactions, and retail shift duties as assigned.
Cashier responsible for alcohol, tobacco, lottery sales, and other age-regulated products.
Ability to blend problem solving and decision making to positively impact the guest experience and resolve guest concerns
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
Attention to detail while multitasking
Requirements to be a Retail Customer Service Representative:
Accurately handle cash register operations and cash transactions
Requires strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers; proficient in cash handling and mathematical skills; ability to read, write and count.
Have and show an outgoing and friendly behavior, a positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers.
Ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Must be at least eighteen years old to work on store-side. (Can be 16 to work in our kitchens)

As a Customer Service Representative at Parker's Kitchen, you are the face of the company while you process each customer's order quickly, accurately, and efficiently while ensuring complete customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service. As a cashier, Parker's Kitchen looks to you to accurately handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints.
