The Role
We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Vice President of Product Management - Suppliers to lead the transformation of a scaled, high-impact product portfolio. This leader will be responsible for defining and delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that enhance repair workflows, optimize diagnostics, and drive measurable value for our customers. You'll be responsible for defining and executing a bold vision that leverages large language models (LLMs), predictive AI, and agentic AI to reinvent how parts are sourced, matched, and managed across the collision repair ecosystem while bringing optimum visibility to insurers in the claims process.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Parts & Diagnostics, aligned with enterprise strategy and customer needs.
- Define and execute a roadmap that leverages the latest AI technologies to deliver predictive sourcing, intelligent reconciliation, and claims automation to improve accuracy, reduce cycle time, and enhance user experience
- Champion user research and customer feedback loops to ensure solutions are deeply integrated into client workflows and deliver tangible outcomes. Deepen the value we provide to repairers, suppliers and insurers by enhancing transparency and developing intelligent workflows to reduce administrative burden, increase profitability, while helping to optimize claim costs.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, sales, and external partners to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions. Influence executive decision-making and investor communication.
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, GTM, and Customer Success leaders to deliver seamless, scalable product experiences. Align tightly with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to shape corporate strategy and investment priorities.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team with a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to inform product strategy and maintain market leadership. Deeply understand the evolving needs of body shops, insurers, and suppliers bringing that latest thinking in supply chain automation. Identify whitespace and differentiation opportunities across the repair and claims lifecycle.
- 10+ years of progressive product management experience, with at least 5 years leading product teams.
- Proven success in launching and scaling SaaS or AI-enabled workflow solutions.
- Deep understanding of the automotive repair, diagnostics, or parts ecosystem is strongly preferred.
- Experience leading through change and growth, comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity
- Demonstrated ability to drive monetization strategies and product-led growth.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working in or with P&C insurance carriers, TPAs, or related intermediaries is a plus.
- Technical fluency and ability to engage credibly with engineering teams.

**Job Description:**
immixGroup is looking for a strategic Business Development Representative to expand our line card via identification, pursuit, qualification and activation of new supplier lines focused on the US Public Sector (FED and SLED) markets. You will serve as the tip of the spear for these efforts, helping these companies understand how immixGroup can help the grow their business and achieve their goals at an accelerated pace. This person should have a deep understanding of distribution's value in the public sector ecosystem and be able to leverage that understanding to align our value to the needs of each supplier.
**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Land major new relationships with strategic companies from assigned account list developed in conjunction with management Identify and aggressively pursue key decision makers and influencers to identify business needs across all Arrow solutions.
+ Qualify opportunities throughout the sales cycle to ensure that the relationship meets Arrow's goals and expectations are aligned with customer success criteria. Position Arrow's unique value proposition across Channel Services as well Integration and Logistics services to differentiate us from all competition.
+ Assemble and lead cross functional pursuit teams of Arrow SMEs needed to win each opportunity.
+ Negotiate complex deals with multiple moving parts to structure relationships that are beneficial to Arrow and provide frameworks for successful business relationship with new suppliers.
